Hahahahahahahahahaha.

I’m sorry. So, William (Robert) has been “with” a new girl, named Elizabeth who is a friend of his baby mama and also his own mother, who I’ve met many times and who also CAME TO MY WEDDING IN FEBRUARY!!!!!!!! It never seemed right. Liz seemed very shady about the relationship. Now I know why. His mama also is a meth user, so that’s most likely where the meth was gotten from. I’m cackling so hard. She effed around and found out. She just royally effed herself on her kid situation.


I don’t know how to post a link, because it is on a Facebook page. But Liz is in the polk county jail, so I know it is true. Robert was so close to being free next year and now he just.. I don’t know. The only losers here are the victims of the murders and also Robert’s son.. and he’s going to take this so hard that his dad won’t be getting out when expected.

I just wanted to add to my post above but it’s too late. The 2 brothers’ mom I don’t think was involved in this. I heard today that Liz was hanging out with some girl who is a meth head and that’s where the meth came from. TJ and Robert’s mom has been out of state for a good 2 months. Liz was arrested this past Friday. I’m not saying she is innocent in this by any means because she’s not. But Robert knew she was weak and he preyed on her.. she was putting money on his books every week and he called her more than he called his own son.. but looking back now, it was because he was most likely calling her to get all of this set up. She’s been a friend of the family for years. I don’t know the story yet of how she actually came about to the family, but I do know she’s been around for a while. It makes me sad because she has now ruined her life. I do hope she has to serve time for what she’s done because it seems to of been a whole operation. Part of me thinks that Robert got involved in this to stay locked up because he tried to take his plea deal back so he didn’t have to testify against TJ. Because in reality, he’s now a snitch.. and we know what happens to snitches. Maybe he felt doing this would keep him safe.. but who knows! If I’m still living in the area, and if the trial next year is in Polk County at the Bartow courthouse, I may go now that I have my vehicle up and running. Bartow is maybe a 30 min drive from me. Kim (the brothers mom) won’t go by herself, and her sidekick Liz isn’t here available anymore. I won’t be going with her or sitting near her, but I’ll go. Last I saw, it was gonna be on court tv.. not sure if it still will be. I feel so bad for the victims.. and that includes Robert’s son. I know we have a limit of what we can say about children so I won’t say much.. but when he was with his dad, he was a totally different child.. in a good way. But I’ll leave it at that. I know I went a long time without posting much because to be honest, we didn’t talk about any of this for a while. I was sent the link to the Facebook page early this morning and was like WTF. And turns out my husband has a friend that was good friends with Brandon Rollins and he had just never put two and two together. Small towns, man. Lol

William "Robert" Wiggins, 26, of Lake Wales, is the younger brother of Tony "TJ" Wiggins, the man facing trial on first-degree murder charges in the triple slaying. Robert Wiggins has had a plea agreement pending to serve five years in prison – a sentence he has effectively already completed at the county jail while awaiting his older brother's trial. The plea deal also was contingent on him testifying against his brother.

Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will seek DP. In custody of Federal Agency. On 3/28/25 was transferred to Polk County. Polk County
Murder trial was set to begin on 7/22/24 for jury selection & continued due to Federal trial starting first. Federal trial was set to begin on 7/1/24 continued on 1/8/25 & was cancelled. Will let murder proceed first.

*William Robert Wiggins (21/now 26) – Plead guilty to a plea deal. Will only serve 5 years in prison & 2 years probation. Will testify against TJ. Disposition adjudication withheld.
8/5/25 Update: New charges for Robert Wiggins include introduction of contraband, conspiracy to introduce contraband & use of a two-way communication device. The defendant utilized the phone system, jail mail kiosk & video visitation to coordinate the attempted introduction of “contraband” into the Polk County South Jail along with other individuals. Six baggies contained 5.4 grams of tobacco, 13 baggies had 3.84 grams of marijuana & 18 bags contained 7.28 grams of methamphetamine. One of the shoes also contained 10 rolling papers & one wooden match. If his release on bond is denied this week, it would be the third time Robert Wiggins was potentially eligible but circumstances changed & his bond was denied or revoked. During bond hearings since then, Judge Melissa Gravitt denied bond for Robert Wiggins in July 2021. Judge Lori Winstead also denied another request in April 2022. Bond hearing on 8/6/25.
