I am posting this 2 days early - as I am getting a new laptop - old one dying - and probably won't be back with my new one maybe Friday or even Saturday.

Friday, Dec. 15th:
*Status Conference Hearing (all charges) – (@ 8:30am ET) - FL – Damion Allen Tillman (23), Keven Michael Springfield (30) & Brandon Cyril Rollins (27) (July 17, 2020, Frostproof) - *Tony Lee J. “TJ” Wiggins, Jr. (26/now 29) aka John L. Wiggins arrested (7/21/20) & charged (7/23/20) & indicted (9/30/20) with 3 counts of 1st degree capital murder, tampering with evidence (F3), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (F-2) & possession of ammunition by a convicted felon (F-2). Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will seek DP.
Trial set to begin on 7/22/24 for jury selection. MURDER ONLY

9/8/23: Firearms: Memo of Court. 9/1/23 Update: Next status conference hearing on 12/15/23 @ 8:30am. 9/8/23: Murder: Memo of Court. 9/13/23 Update: Next status conference hearing on 12/15/23 & jury selection will begin on 7/22/24 @ 8am. 9/26/23: Firearms: Supplemental Discovery. 10/12/23: Supplemental Discovery.
*Arrested & charged (3/14/20) & arraigned (6/5/20) with 2nd degree aggravated battery (person uses a deadly weapon) & 3rd degree aggravated assault (deadly weapon w/o intent to kill). Plead not guilty. Bond $6K. Bonded out on 3/16/20. Bond was cancelled (7/22/20).
*Charged (12/29/21) & arraigned (2/1/22) with battery on a LE officer, Michael Felton Sumner on 12/27/21 did actually & intentionally touch or strike Sumner. Plead not guilty.

6/22/23: Status conference hearing on 9/8/23 @ 8:30am. 6/29/23: Order granting defendant's unopposed motion to transfer. 7/3/23: Order on Defendant's motion to Suppress.
9/8/23 Update: Next status conference hearing on 12/15/23.
For 4 counts of firearms possession on 1/30/24.
*Mary Clare Whittemore (27/now 30) – Accessory & Perjury: Status conference hearing on 1/12/24. Trial set to begin on 6/10/24.
*William Robert Wiggins (21/now 24) – Status conference hearing on 1/12/24. Trial set to begin on 5/20/24.
