Friday, May 17th:
*Status Conference Hearing (re both cases) (@ 10am ET) – FL – Damion Allen Tillman (23) Keven Michael Springfield(30) & Brandon Cyril Rollins (27) (July 17, 2020, Frostproof) - *Mary Clare Whittemore (27/now 30) TJ’’s gf arrested (7/21/20), charged (7/23/20) & arraigned (8/24/20) with 3 counts of accessory after the fact of a capital felony (F1). Plead not guilty. $45K bond for accessory ($15K for each count). Must wear GPS monitor upon release. In custody.
*Charged & indicted (10/29/20) with felony 2 perjury.
Trial was set to begin with jury selection on 6/10/24 but State filed motion (4/23/24) to remove from Calendar.

*William “Robert” Wiggins (21/now 25) – Plead guilty to a plea deal. Will serve 5 years in prison & 2 years probation. Will testify against TJ. Status conference hearing on 9/20/24.
