Among the sites Namus Doe and there is a great discrepancy in the age range so I put a range that includes both; also a letter not read well so if someone is able to enlarge it better would be great.

Best attempt to type out the scanned excerpt from the suicide note. The parts in brackets were my best guess at blurry or obliterated words or lines.

I am expressing my Right to Die as
the Government says we don't Have
any one with half the pain that I am
going thru would do the same the
pain gets stronger by the day since
I don't have the 900.00 a month it take
to keep me in medication. And have been
to all government agencies for help
with letters from [ ] Dr. telling them my
problems.
Since I am [not an] un wed mother
under 18 [or a senior citizen] there is
nothing they can [do] [ ]
[ ]
[ ] the [ ]
at least now [I will] be at Peace
and out of Pain
I get a little [ ] when I think
about the fact that the Government will
have to pay for my creamation since
I have no family

I wonder if they followed the lead in his suicide note. Asking around to different government agencies to if a man had come by that fit his description. He says he had a Dr's note with all his conditions. I wonder what the autopsy found in regards to his health.. Also maybe even asking around Dr's offices. You'd think a Dr would remember a patient that couldn't pay for meds and that needed a note of all medical conditions.

Looks like they removed this one from the Doe Network, but the case is still active on NamUS? Odd.

Well, we certainly need to be skeptical of any bit of information in this. He’s ‘an elderly man’ from 20 to 30 years old. His estimated date of death ‘days earlier,’ but his remains are mummified, and it’s impossible to estimate his weight.

The suicide note does leave you wondering more about his story. All his identifiers are unknown? Today there is better health insurance and more awareness of prescription drug prices being an issue, but even today, Florida is a state that hasn't expanded Medicaid to all people earning below a certain income when the vast majority of states have. Whether that or other health insurance issues were this man's issue we don't know. He sounds older than 30 if he was balding, but he certainly wasn't elderly, even people over 65 don't really fit that term -maybe 70 and over. He sounds like he was probably over 35-60. Just my guess. There's no drawing of him.
