Circumstances of Discovery
The decedent's decomposed body was found in a wooded area south of I-10, 1 mile from the Crestview Exit to SR-85. This is likely a hit and run case. The decedent may be hispanic or American Indian.

I wonder if he wasn't from the US to have not received medical care for the broken thigh bone. He had to have been immobile and in enormous pain for a long period of time.
The person who dragged him into the woods would have left behind DNA. It's not like that person would be expected to have gloves to conceal his identity.
