That I don't know. I just looked at Doe Network it just says it's not available. I wish NamUs still posted they had DNA or if a collection was underway etc like the used to.

Died as the result of being struck by a tractor-trailer on the Interstate. Personal Effects: Two cards and $30 Other Details: Decedent believed to be between 12 and 25 years old. Decedent was apparently a hitchhiker who may have used the first name "Donna" while traveling. Subsequent investigation after her death revealed that she had been seen on the Florida coast during the days preceding her death. In her pockets, she carried three business cards from; 1) Oklahoma City,OK 2)Canutillo, TX 3)West Monroe, LA. Investigators contacted the names on the cards. Two of the three were of no help. The third was a Louisiana police officer who believed he had spoken to the girl several days before she was killed. He recalled that he believed she was a runaway and had either a friend or sister in Las Vegas. He believed he remembered a thick cajun accent.

Pretty little girl. I hope her name is returned soon.

It has been over 40 years since "Donna Doe" was struck and killed by a tractor trailer in Florida. She remains unidentified.

I was looking for another UID when I stumbled across this one. I read through the board and didn't see this one suggested. It would be a long shot for sure. I just couldn't get past how much they look alike! (Except the nose, but I know the renderings can't always be accurate). Maybe it's just me though which is highly possible.

Andria Ann Bailey. Height is within a few inches, weight is exactly the same. Mind you, Andria went missing almost 3 years previously but I've been about the same weight now for 5 plus years. Eye color is the same, hair color is the same. Age fits. How she got from WA to FL, I can't explain. Neither can I about the business cards of the Cajun accent(if that part is even true or about Las Vegas).

Does anyone know why her PM photographs are no longer on the Doe Network site? She is definitely recognizable in them and they are not at all graphic.

Could she be Kimberly Sue Doss (Iowa, 1980)?

I’m convinced it is Diane Genice Dye, missing from San Jose, CA on 07/30/1979. Below is a map from San Jose through the stops JD made where she picked up those cards. It’s almost a straight line.

Diane is
5’2
110lbs
Brown hair
Hazel eyes
Would’ve been a couple months shy of 17 in 1982.
She was a runaway

They both appear to have dental records available per Doe Network so you could submit a tip to them and see if they are able to help get a comparison.
