Description: He was a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a tan bathing suit There were distinctive tattoos on both arms. The tattoo on his left arm read Born to Fly Free" with a picture of the winged horse Pegasus. He had a U.S. Paratrooper tattoo on his right arm depicting a skull with a red beret. Approx.
