I don't think any of the family members regret having Dan killed - they only regret getting caught. They're all so smug, and arrogant, and entitled. Straight up evil.

Among a lot of other health-related information here, she offers reasons why she is not a flight risk and requests to be bond-released into the Tallahassee area, to be joined by her husband HA. And you can get a glimpse of her daily routine, including a 3:30 AM wake-up for breakfast.

I'm surprised at the number of typographical errors in the motion. Hope she is getting her money's worth lol.

Adelson's attorneys will also be arguing this morning to throw out potential key evidence in the case — namely a jailhouse phone call with her son, Charlie Adelson, where she talked about possibly killing herself or fleeing overseas.

All this fuss with mattresses, etc... why not just let her get the dang spinal injection.

So I am totally clueless about what happens to an individuals health insurance when they become incarcerated..... She is obviously on Medicare, and most likely has been on some supplement program.
Does that get totally sacrificed?
And what if she were on house arrest?
I know I have heard that house arrested folks can be escorted to doctors appointments. Well... I think I have anyway...

I know I am sounding more accomodating to Donna, than in the past.
I confess!! But I am older too!!!

My feeling is......... If there were a deal "Donna, you can be on house arrest, after forfeiting your passport" IF "you tell us, Donna, more about Wendi's role here"

I really do feel sorry for DA. Jail is not a comfortable place. Beyond the basic necessities — food and a place to sleep — she is definitely not getting the medical care she would have on the outside. My experience is with another state so someone else can chime in? I believe while her insurance may still be valid, she will not be able to use it. Her treatment is through the jail medical personnel unless some extraordinary medical situation is discovered, when she would be sent out to an approved secure medical facility under guard. There is a charge for those services to the inmate’s jail account. The charge is not nearly as high as something a person would pay on the outside however. I feel for her. I believe lengthy incarceration can lower an individual’s life expectancy because of the lack of access to the high quality medical care someone as wealthy and privileged as DA would receive on the outside.

That said, don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time. We all know this woman can and will perform. She will Exaggerate pain and difficulty while walking for example, like Harvey Weinstein and Joseph DeAngelo. DA is more than capable of this.
