48-y/o Jacob Tanner has been missing & endangered since leaving Halifax Health Hospital on Dec. 8.
Tanner has limited mental capacity.
He was last seen wearing a tan shirt, black shorts, & carrying a brown athletic bag.

This seems to be the same location unless another body has been found close by as it also is about a mile from the Halifax Medical Center.
