Cause of death was a single gunshot to the upper left back. He had a long face; prominent nose; cleft chin; big but not protruding cheek bones; large feet and long fingers. Skeletal Findings: He had an old healed nose fracture. Fusion of upper thoracic vertebrae T-2, T-3 in spine. Lytic defects of right distal femur (thigh bone) and left proximal tibia (shin bone). Split left third rib. He sustained an injury to his right brow before death.
