Georgia has this man listed as his residence verification date on 8-19-2011.
How can that be if he is incarcerated in Putnam County still?
Did they give him a bond and if so why is it not listed on the Putnam County Clerks site?

The Georgia Sex Offender site lists Timothy L Johnson as born in 1974 but the Putnam County Jail has his BD as 10/3/1978.
Another BD of 5-2-1970 that has the same picture:

If this is the same man why three different birth dates and why was he allowed to move to GA?

Somebody please look at these pictures and tell me if you think they are the same man. Please.

The convict in post #33 must be the one they have as POI in Rebecca's case and on new charges for trying to rape the 24 YO woman recently. I still think the POI in Rebecca's case looks a lot like the SO from Georgia though.

Long story short there are two inmates at Putnam with the same name and different birth dates.

The sheriff's office has a person of interest. It's Ware's then boyfriend, Timothy Johnson. Sources close to the investigation tell Action News a cell phone signal from Johnson's phone put him near Ware's home the day she disappeared. They also say he burned clothes he was wearing at a bonfire, after she went missing.

Johnson is in jail now, but on unrelated charges. The sheriff's office says he hasn't given them any clues into what happened.

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. -The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office on Friday morning will be searching for the remains of a woman who's been missing since October 2010.

Rebecca has been missing for 4 years today. This was published in May of this year.

A 44-year-old Palatka man moved closer to trial for murder in St. Johns County.
According to booking information, 44-year-old Timothy Lee Johnson faces second-degree murder charges for killing Rebecca Ware. Her body has not been found.
St. Johns County is in the same Seventh Judicial Circuit as Putnam County. According to the indictment, Johnson killed Ware while “evincing a depraved mind regardless of human life, although without premeditated design to effect the death….”

In simple language it was not premeditated, or first-degree murder. The court schedule at present calls for Johnson to have a court appearance June 5. No trial date is set.
