After 19 Years, Hillsborough County John Doe is Identified

Reference DNA samples were collected from a relative and compared to the forensic DNA profile developed by Othram using KinSNP® Rapid Relationship Testing. This investigation led to the positive identification of the man, who is now known to be Edward Russ Green, born September 25, 1953.

He was arrested a couple of times in August 2002, both times on College Avenue E. From what I see, that is pretty close to where his remains were found.
