IMO, TK would be wise to seek a plea agreement in exchange for taking the DP off the table. Save himself and a couple of DP qualified attorneys a lot of work! If anybody but this guy, I'd predict this case not going to trial.

I want to see this guy convicted, and sentenced to death. This guy owned all this property and was minting cash, and he decided to fight and fight, and eventually murder Steven over a few thousand bucks.
He knew he would lose in court, and he just could not stand that. Pathetic excuse for a man.
