"Tiffany Heaven Daniels was reported missing to authorities by her mother. She was last seen Aug. 12 after leaving work at Pensacola State College.

Daniels is described as a 5-foot-7-inch female with blonde hair and blue eyes. She drives a gray 1999 Toyota 4 Runner."

Friends of a missing Pensacola State College employee Tiffany Heaven Daniels will be holding a beach-wide search for the 25-year-old this morning.

I'm really shocked her car was found; phone etc....Ft Pickens at the gate, it's imperitive to find out who entered the gate on the 12th; we need that video footage. Maybe it's someone from the base. Usually if you cannot get the vehicle on base, you are walked through with ID.

I don't think Ft Pickens has a gate, it's a tourist site & I believe a campground now. It's not an actual military base anymore.

When you drive over the bridge onto Pensacola Beach from Gulf Breeze, you turn right by the "beach ball" onto Fort Pickens Road. You drive by condos, hotels, restaurants (Peg Leg Pete's rocks by the way...just had to get that out there) and onto the fort and campground area. It's part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore now. I would think they would still have surveillance cameras, but if I remember correctly you can come and go as you please. No id required or anything like that.

I drove through Gulf Breeze last week but didn't go down to the beach and haven't been down there in about a year so I might be completely mistaken.

"Tiffany works in the theater department at Pensacola State College. She uses her art skills to help paint the backdrops as part of the set design. Her supervisor says everything seemed normal the day she disappeared, but she did ask to leave early. "She asked to get off a little early, and she normally get off at 5:00, she clocked out at 4:43 that day" said Don Snowden, Performing Arts Instructor."

Yikes. This seems like it could go in some different directions. Before anything else they need to
1. Check out the couch surfing stuff
2. Check out all surveillance videos
3. Figure out why she wanted to leave early that day

She seems like a cute girl and very open to the world and experiencing the world. It will be sad if that ended up harming her in any way though, of course, it could be an accident or deliberate disappearance as of right now.

Was it storming at that time? We've had some killer storms in FL this August.

Its a beautiful beach! A lot of people go to that area to watch the sun set and drink a glass of wine. Ft Pickens was closed do to flooding a short while back so she may have gone on foot. Lots of people go there to take pictures. They should have a camera at the gate.
It didnt say if it was on the gulf side or the sound side. Big difference!
Scary as this is my back yard!
