Pembroke Pines-based Missing Children International Ministries and the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office are starting by digging up 15 bodies whose DNA never was entered in the FBI's national DNA database.
The first bodies should be exhumed this year. DNA tests hopefully will identify people who have been missing for decades.
Missing Children International Ministries plans to expand the project called "Who Am I?" next to Broward County, then statewide. Dinorah Perry founded the non-profit group in 2004 to help solve missing persons cases.
Perry estimates that there are 200 unidentified bodies in South Florida alone....
