In a disturbing case of alleged child abuse, incest and murder, police say a suspected Peachtree Corners cult member has been charged in the starvation death of his 15-month-old daughter. Another daughter, 23, who he is charged with raping and impregnating, also is accused of murdering the child.
Police announced Friday morning that 44-year-old Calvin Mcintosh, a suspected member of the Nuwaubian Nation of Moors, an Islam based cult known for being a sovereign group, was charged with the murder of Alcenti Mcintosh, who died Tuesday.

Officers went to the Extended Stay on Jimmy Carter Blvd. in Peachtree Corners where the man said he was living. Once there, officers found three other children, ages 5, 3 and 3. They were severely malnourished and were in need of medical attention.
Also in the room was a woman identified as Iasia Sweeting, 21. Sweeting was lying on the floor wrapped in blankets and was in desperate need of medical attention. She weighed only 59 pounds.
Another woman, Najlaa Mcintosh, 23, was in the room with them. Police said she is Calvin Mcintosh's biological daughter. Investigators said Calvin Mcintosh fathered two children belonging to his daughter and two children belonging to Sweeting, one of them being Alcenti.
