Identified! GA - Gwinnett Co., Fem Skeletal UP 15616, 20s, in suitcase off I-985, Jul'16 - Jessica Manchini

Serial killer?
I think so. I am trying to locate anymore possibles in surrounding states also. Anyone have any information on the latest discovery in Butts in January?
My guess is it will also be a female possibly white asian or Latino. That seems to be the similarity between the first 2. Although the one in Millen was from 1988. So that seems so long ago to not have any in between then and the next one in Gwinnett in July 2016. That is why I’m looking for any similar cases between 89-2015 anywhere close to GA. IF anyone has any ideas or possibles I would love to know.

he could have left area or been in prison..... for a sexual assault im betting. or maybe the suitcases weren't found.

These are not close to GA, but there are a bunch of cases in NaMus:

https://identifyus.org/en/cases/14083
https://identifyus.org/en/cases/16224
https://identifyus.org/en/cases/9655
https://identifyus.org/en/cases/1816

https://identifyus.org/en/cases/7329
https://identifyus.org/en/cases/9321
https://identifyus.org/en/cases/4037

Most of these seem to be in big cities. The suitcase could just be because the murderer had to get the body out of a public place with cameras. I'm thinking these cases in Georgia were likely trafficked and possibly died in a hotel. JMO. A SK is possible too but I think there would have to be more things in common (like same cause of death, etc.) to tie them all together. JMO.

As I recall right quiet recently there was a trafficking ring in GA "rolled up" who ran a brothel/club there with Asian women. It wouldn't surprise me if the remains in the suitcase turned out to be that of an Asian woman. Just speculation.

Thank you so much. I have a little more investigating to do now lol I agree with you. I believe that most of these are not related to a sk but there are a couple similar to these Georgia cases.

Beinga heroin addict I don’t see MP immediately jogging, but on her Facebook page Isee a couple of pictures where she is wearing branded sportswear/clothing witha hoody, and a shirt with “pink”, so this could explain the type of clothing onUID. https://www.facebook.com/arika.hall/photos?pnref=lhc

Dentalinformation UID available and entered – MP available and entered

Submittedto Namus to Amy Dobbs and Carrie Sutherland d.d. 20-12-2017.

Have we determined how old the clothing items are in this case-- what years were they sold? I see that the postmortem interval is only 4 months but I wonder if they could be off on that estimate?

1) She was found in a Quest suitcase.
2) LARGE black Miley Cyrus sweatshirt (on body)
3)SMALL LOVE PINK black sweatpants (on body)
4) Size 7 Women's Nike Air Max Cage pink
5) mismatched white socks

DATES OF PRODUCTION
*Nike began to manufacture the Nike Air Max Cage in 2013

*Quest suitcase is manufactured by Dejuno out of California. I emailed the company to ask what year their Quest line of luggage was first manufactured. *I will update with date as soon as I hear back from them.*

*PINK Sweatpants by Victoria Secret began production in 2006. As far as I can discern, the photo of the pants on NamUs looks like Love Pink yoga sweats boyfriend pants. I cannot determine a production date.

*Miley Cyrus did not tour in the US in 2013 but was on the Bangerz Tour in 2014 starting Feb 2014 and her tour covered most parts of the United States. Cyrus also toured in 2015 with there Milky Milky Milk Tour from Nov to Dec 2015 mostly on the East & West coasts. This would possibly be helpful if the black sweatshirt was purchased at one of Cyrus' concerts.

It seems as if 2014 would be the earliest time the shoes and the sweatshirt could be purchased. So the young woman in the suitcase was still alive in 2014 at the very least.[/QUOTE]
