OM asking witness a lot of questions about how he determined sizes of people and placement of people and objects.
Witness says the main purpose was to determine who was on top and who was on bottom. According to the dr. the person on top was the one shot and the person on the bottom was the one doing the shooting.
He was not trying to determine the exact position of the gun.
Mantei recross:
In the second position, it would have been impossible for GZ to access the gun, correct.
So you had to do those changes to make the shooting happen. The gun had to be accessible. That's another assumption you made. The dr. never testified to that.

Witness uses his notes on the angle of left to right for the shot. Do you have other notes from the dr.? no, just that one.
You have to account for the length of the gun, right? Witness, there are a lot of variables I didn't use.
Mantei says variables of length of arms, etc.
All you wanted to do was show the positions of the bodies right? yes
The variables you mention are not impossible. Is that your way of telling me they are not in this animation?
Witness talks about the scale, Mantei acc. to their height, that's all.
Witness, you are looking for something that is not shown by the video, the purpose of the video is only to show the position of the bodies in relation to evidence ( from Good, GZ and OM/West)

Judge asks state if they still feel there needs to be a Daubert analysis, Mantei says he needs both.
OM states this witness has never been disqualified before, he did not realize it would be a contested today, witness keeps up with all changes in his field. This is an accurate depiction of evidence up to date as possible. He used consultation with counsel to make it as up to date as possible.
What info from GZ was used, judge asks, where he was hit? judge, nobody testified what direction those punches came from, he mentions Dr. Raugh? testified where the punch came from L to R, and the abrasion was on the inner. Ms. Fulton said TM was R handed, but specific from dr R said it came from the L. Judge asks are you saying nobody could ever hit from the opposite direction. LM again uses Dr. R's testimony.
