The jurors are wondering how they deal with ending for the day and want to contact family for pick up.

The judge suggests bringing the jurors out to see how late they would like to stay tonight.

Seems like #verdictwatch is winding down for the day. Jurors just sent a note to the courtroom wondering how they deal with ending for the day. Some say they need to get in touch with family about rides home. Judge bringing them into court now. Standby. #SieversTrial

Jury wants to know how they handle "end of day" because they need to contact family. They're calling them out to let them pick a time. #trialtweets #nbc2courtcoverage #deliberation #MarkSieversontrial #TeresaSievers
I am curious about this investigator and the issue that Mummert says earlier that he is not working for him but now says he has worked for him in the past. Curiouser and curiouser....

Judge just addressed the jury. He'll send them back again to use their phones and quickly contact family members about rides. Then Judge is letting the jury decide how late they want to stay to deliberate. Jurors will not be sequestered. #VerdictWatch #SieversTrial @winknews
MM said the JAC paid the guy this time
WOW ... this has turned out to be an interesting day thanks to the videographer ... and no doubt, he has the defense paw prints all over him ...
I am not surprised re this.....

The jury writes a note to the judge saying they will stay here until 6:30. They'll come back tomorrow morning at 8:30 if a verdict isn't reached @winknews

Jurors have opted to stay until 6:30 p.m. this evening. Unless they reach a verdict between now and then, they will return tomorrow morning for continued deliberations.
Staying til 6:30 tonight
Two more for the "stories your mom wouldn't believe":
"But no, mom! I'm not paying the private investigator and videographer!" ( then admits the defense Justice Administrative Commission is paying for them)
Justice Administrative Commission
"We're videotaping because we're looking for a shady character" - while videotaping everyone...
Description was soon changed from shady character to "tall, slim, elderly man" - while still videotaping everyone...
Did MM hire Olsen who hired someone to video the prosecution witnesses as they left for their reaction??? What??? I couldn’t quite hear.

Mummert said this filming outside the courtroom was not at the request of the defense.
Al Olsen, who directed the other man to do the filming, was paid for by the JAC, Mummert said.
Could someone explain to me how the jurors could rationalize convicting of a lesser included. In other words, it seems to me, in this case either Mark ordered the hot or he didn’t. It isn’t like he “didn’t mean” or accidentally promise CWW $100,000 to murder Teresa. What scenario could be used for 2nd degree or manslaughter?
