OK... All well and good. How did Mollie's blood get in the trunk? Also, CR took authorities to the body, that no one else could find. Put a fork in CR, as he is done!

At least, none of the actual evidence was deemed inadmissible. Including the testimony by the defendant, and the fact that he knew where Mollie's body was found.

I bet that they are going to play up "Reasonable Doubt". That if we don't have actual video of the murder, we don't "know" who actually killed Mollie.

Lots to work with on appeal, including whether or not defendant has mental capacity for trial.

I noticed the attorneys and witnesses are not wearing protective masks so I believe the questioning of witnesses from their respective tables must be precautionary for COVID.
