What a bizarre docket??!!

I wonder if all these other individuals are being tried together as part of a sting operation. I can't think of any other reason they'd all appear under SH's specific court record.

SH is not a perfect person, there's little doubt about that. But knowing that she was the first person LE scrutinized, is she really clever enough to mastermind anything? I mean, clearly she can't mastermind selling meth... Methinks if she had anything to do with this LE would have her cuffed and stuffed by now.

Did she mastermind this? Probably not? Did she step up and prevent/intervene in the death of Xavior? No! Was she complicent in his death? Imo..most likely! She failed xavior on many levels! I pray we don’t fail as well! Justice for those that whose passings happen without our eyes and ears but may their passing be no less blessed and may they know that in their passing there names are said! Today may the name be Xavior!

Oh shoot - your are right - there are a number of different individuals on there - which I did not read fully.... so Harrelson's next hearing isn't really 1/12/23 as I thought!!

Oops - I re-read it - and it IS her. The McAllister guy is the one that filed most of those items & I believe Ramirez, Jesse is her attorney. You made me look at it again!

And yes, I believe the Appearance might be witnesses that were with her when she got arrested.

I looked this up a couple of years ago on another case. This offense was added to the statute to beef up charges against drug dealers where legal or illegal drug sales are taxed in advance by the state dept of revenue. Similar to IRS and marijuana: while MJ is deemed illegal, not reporting your illegal MJ sales to IRS will cost you!

11/15/22 Update: Sarah Harrelson, the mother of Xavior, will be arraigned next month on drug charges. Court records show Harrelson & another woman tried to sell methamphetamine to an undercover officer in February, 2022 in Des Moines, but authorities didn’t serve a warrant until Halloween. Harrelson will be arraigned in court on 12/16/22 for the charges. The court received Harrelson's waiver of a preliminary hearing. Is on pretrial released from custody Level 4 on 11/1/22.
