ETA: Also, please move on from the discussion as to whether E was or was not drunk as there is nothing to substantiate either way. It is speculation that is not based on any known fact, and is not victim friendly. As per TOS:

"Discussing known victim behavior, good or bad is fine, but do so in a civil and constructive way, and only when such behavior is known to be relevant to the case."

The qualifying word in the above is "known".

We've been asked as to whether we will allow the leaked image of the girls talking with the individual at the Corner Club before they left for the Grub Truck. Half the true crime sleuthing world has probably seen the leaked image by now, so it is allowed for reasonable discussion.

Just because the girls are talking to one of many individuals in a popular public venue does not make that person a POI or suspect. This person could be totally innocent and, as they have not been officially named POI or suspect, we won't allow him to be publicly sleuthed or dragged through the mud with direct or indirect accusations. Members can sleuth away all they like behind the scenes, in private or in group conversation with other members, but NO public sleuthing of that person, attempts to publicly name or identify name him or post any personal or identifying information.

Post respectfully and responsibly. Any questions, jump off any post to Report and ask your question.

The ONLY thing we are aware of at this time is that his family members made reference to OCD. Beyond that we know nothing about this man's mental health or any diagnosis, so it is all speculation not based on any known fact.

We aren't here to trash the heck out of a poem someone wrote. If you wish to discuss the poem, please simply discuss it in the context of how it may relate directly to the case at hand.

On another note, we appreciate members keeping on eye on the posts and alerting us to what they think could be violations of TOS, but please remember there is a difference between discussing what is in MSM vs actual sleuthing of family members.

If there is something in MSM about a friend or family member or whoever .. it is fine to discuss what is said in MSM about them or what they say in MSM. That is simply discussion and members are allowed to offer their speculative opinion about that content. By contrast, sleuthing is going beyond what in said in MSM and digging up other information about that person (i.e. addresses, where they work, what they do, driver's licence, background information, etc) when they are not a POI or suspect. THAT is what is not allowed under TOS.

Any questions, please use the Report feature to jump off any post and ask away.

Hey everyone,

If you take a still shot from a previously linked video, we'd still appreciate a link to the source be provided. It's one of those grey areas in copyright law, and while probably permissable under "fair use" policy, it isn't something Websleuths wants the hassle of dealing with if there is a complaint.

Maybe he has bipolar or Aspergers, or schizophrenia, autism, ADHD, psychopathy/sociopathy, narcissism, or one of the other hundreds of potential diagnoses ... the list goes on and on. Somebody always bickers over specifics or gets upset about whatever, and Mods spend hours cleaning up the off topic discussion.

Do NOT clutter this discussion with speculation on specific mental health issues that are currently unknown or your post will be removed and there may be a loss of posting privileges.
