When I read that LE had gone back to look at a crawl space WITHIN a crawl space... I also wondered why. And also trying to wrap my head around what that actually is in a condo?

Speaking of.. who rents out a condo for just one month at a time for all these people? I've never heard of such as a one month lease for condos. I've only ever heard of 6-month and one year minimums. Unless it's in a resort/vacation type place.

As to AC and his phone at LVD.. I wonder if MP will state that he was at her place next door that night... as she did go on and on as to how AxC was supporting her and they talked often.

What a web of deceit. I think their talking points are just confusion that cannot be used in court of law iykwim.

Month to month rentals are a thing here though not as easy to find. Jmo

Update: fbi unit is still parked behind the police station. Police station is packed, tons of unmarked cars parked in back (this is more than usual). Court house parking lot packed (not the usual for this time of day). Means is parked outside of the women’s detention center.

Just wanted to personally thank you for the updates, I can't tell you how much it helps those of us who are far, far away feel like we are "there" in a sense. Really really appreciate it

*Hearing for new charges (via remote) (@ 4m MT) – ID – Joshua Jaxon (JJ) Vallow (7) & Tylee Ashlyn Ryan (17) (JJ last seen 9/23/19 & Tylee on 9/8/19, Rexburg; found 6/9/20 buried in Daybell’s yard in Salem, ID) – only for *Lori Norene Vallow-Daybell (46/now 47) arrested (in Hawaii) & charged (2/20/20) & arraigned (3/6/20) with 2 counts of felony desertion & nonsupport of dependent children, resisting or obstructing LE, criminal solicitation to commit a crime & contempt of court. $5M bond. Bond reduced (3/6/20) to $1M.
Charged (6/29/20) with 2 counts of conspiracy to commit destruction, alteration or concealment of evidence. Bond set at $1M.
3/5/20 Update: Motions filed by defendant: Request to obtain approval to video/audio record, broadcast or photograph a court proceeding, specific request for discovery. 6/20/20: Authorities used the pings from the cell phone of the brother of Vallow when determining where to search for the remains of her missing children, according to a probable cause affidavit. According to the affidavit, Vallow's brother, Alex Cox, went to Daybell's property four times in September, and two of those visits came the days after each of the children were last seen. Cox, who died in December, went to Yellowstone National Park on September 8 with Vallow & the two children. It was the last time Tylee was seen. Police say that tracking the phone's location puts Cox in Vallow's apartment three times immediately after the trip to Yellowstone, with the final visit beginning at 2:42 a.m. on September 9.
6/26/20 Update: Request to Obtain Approval to Video/Audio record, broadcast or photograph a court proceedings filed by A&E Networks & Post Register.
6/29/20 Update: Vallow was charged late Monday with 2 counts of conspiracy to commit destruction, alteration or concealment of evidence. Hearing for new charges scheduled on 6/30/20 @ 4:30pm will appear remotely from the Madison County jail.
*Chad Guy Daybell (51) – Preliminary hearing on 8/3 & 8/4/20.
