And yet they still won't come out with who was sitting in the passengers seat when all of this went down.........what a crock.

Something tells me that Hutto is protecting the identity of the passenger.........and I don't think it was Booth either.

I just saw this article stating "Booth was apparently the second person seen inside Kirk's stolen truck at the bank, because after Hutto's arrest, Booth hopped in a car with sheriff's detectives and retraced the route taken the night of Kirk's murder."

I don't see how the 2nd person involved at the ATMs can claim any sort of innocence. I would think they could charge them with 1st degree using the felony murder rule. I'm confused about all this...

I may have missed this but are we sure at the atm that there was only 2 people in the vehichle? The news article did say apparently the 2nd person.

If only 2 then could Booth's charges change at a later date?

They just released a video of someone driving his pickup at an atm in Hayden. The guy is definitely trying to conceal his identity!

Doesn't look good for this poor guy Bo. The man in the ATM video looks like he has blue or green eyes, what color were Bo's eyes? Also how cold could it have been on October 22, to have on a toboggan, gloves, and a mask...this not Bo definitely someone concealing their identity and fingerprints! I pray they find him whatever the circumstances are, and whoever this suspicious guy is taking his money out of the bank.

They've already found bo, and his killers.. They're waiting for next trial date.

Some good news as far as the trial goes. I know this won't bring Bo back but glad to see this: "The man accused of killing a Post Falls man in a road rage incident last year changed his plea to guilty in an Idaho courtroom Wednesday afternoon.

According to the Coeur d'Alene Press, David Hutto pleaded guilty to first degree murder, first degree kidnapping and robbery. I find this really weird but I have heard nothing about the second guy and the local news doesn't even mention him at all when bringing up this case just Hutto. I will try looking him up and see if he is still being held.

Meanwhile some news on Hutto's sentencing: "The man accused of killing a Post Falls father in a road rage incident last year, is scheduled to appear in an Idaho courtroom Monday for a sentencing hearing."

I did find this about the other guy: "Killer’s roommate likely to face charges". More at the link. This was posted in February. Maybe they're building their case against him. Looks like the newspapers did a better job of keeping tabs on JB than the TV news stations. Thank goodness! I was worried this second man was getting away with it.
