He is with his paternal grandparents and although we dont have much information it would seem as though they are looking out for Kyle,and have his best interests at heart. I sure hope so. X

I know his lawyer is also very protective of Kyle. At least that is what I have read.

*Status Hearing (@ 4:30pm CT) - IL – Ariel Wall (1), Daemeon Wall (2), Rose Alwood (2), Jason Wall (34) & Kathryn Murray (69) (April 6, 2019, Timberline Mobile Home Park, Goodfield) - *Kyle Alwood (9) arrested & charged (10/7/19) with 5 counts of murder, 2 counts of arson & 1 count of aggravated arson. The aggravated arson charge is based on the conclusion that the child knew people were in the home at the time the fire was started. Plead not guilty.

7/9/20 Update: The boy will not likely be able to stand trial within the coming year on allegations he set a fire that killed five. The information was given during a Thursday morning hearing in the juvenile division of Woodford County Circuit Court where he was found unfit to stand trial. Also because of his age, a conviction cannot bring incarceration. Probation is possible, for a minimum of five years but not beyond the age of 21. Therapy, counseling and psychological evaluation would be likely. Status hearing 8/6/20. 8/6/20 Update: Court hearing Thursday, 11/19/20.
11/19/20 Update: Woodford County State's Attorney Greg Minger said in court his office received new information on Oct. 27. A new witness also was being sought for questioning. Minger described the witness as homeless, although he suggested his office knows his or her whereabouts. A status hearing for the accused boy was scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Dec. 4, Circuit Court Judge Charles Feeney said. The court hearing is to determine whether evidence suggests the boy might be guilty. If so, mental-health counseling could continue until the boy is deemed fit for trial. Should the suspect be convicted, he could be placed on probation for at least 5 years but not beyond the age of 21. Therapy, counseling & psychological evaluation would be likely. Incarceration is not an option, according to Minger.

EUREKA – New information is being reviewed regarding a mobile-home fire that killed five people last year near Goodfield, according to authorities.

The nature of that information wasn't revealed during a brief Woodford County Circuit Court hearing Thursday for the 10-year-old boy accused of setting the fire that killed members of his family.

Woodford County State's Attorney Greg Minger said in court his office received the new information Oct. 27. A new witness also was being sought for questioning.

Just fyi, someone related to Kyle was arrested on December 3. I can't really say who it is because of TOS but it's someone very close to him. The charge is VIO ORDER AFTER SERVED NOTICE, not sure if she was charged with something else though. If someone can check records for Woodford County let me know.

Yep, found her. It doesn’t look like any other charges but she’s on a warrant list for dec 4th. I came here because I just found all 30 of the nine year old’s videos I downloaded at the first of this thread. I thought I had lost them but I found them in a nested folder.

She’s scheduled for a Criminal Misdemeanor Pre-trial motion to reduce bail on Jan 8, 2021.
Eta: the charge is listed the same way you did. I found the jail record with her photo. She looks very different to me.

Perhaps she was apprehended on her way to hearing. She committed the violation on the 1st, charges were brought on the 3rd., a warrant issued and apprehended on the 4th.
