@Niner A new case management conference was set for 4/5/2023 at 9:00 am. The docket says remanded and then someone was admonished yesterday but it doesn’t say who?!? Defendant was present at the case management so I’m assuming both were directed at him.

@Niner Whoops - completely forgot to update you again. There is another case management this week on 4/13/23 at 9:00 am. Strange that it’s so soon. Maybe that means this case will finally move towards trial. I’ll check in on Friday.

@Niner A guilty plea was entered today and he was sentenced to 22 years with credit of 999 days for time served. There is an entry of “Nolle Prosequi” in the docket. I will look to see if there is any mention in MSM.

ETA: The docket says the case is closed by agreed order - so some sort of plea deal.
