So, all those who think RL is BG, if RL cannot even get away with driving while suspended, how did he get away with this perfectly planned abduction and double homicide?

He would have gotten away with driving with a suspension had it not been for the murders. When they checked him out and they checked his alibi for that time it all came out that he had driven under suspension.

Yes that's him. I wonder why they had shackles on RL, did they think he was a flight risk in court? Hmmmm

It's probably standard for felony prisoners, but I'd love to call Tobe Leazenby and ask him if its standard for him to personally escort an inmate to court. He is the Carroll County Sheriff Top Cop so it seems odd unless he is just a media hound. IMO

Logan will get credit for 31 days already served.

In the courtroom, he said to the judge,"Maybe in the future no one will be murdered in my backyard.”

Logan is not facing any charges in connection with the girls’ disappearance or murders. The Carroll County sheriff said he is "still involved" with the investigation, but is not considered a suspect.

BBM

Well, that's clear as mud. moo

RL is still on the table for discussion. His statements, his demeanor, his recent unrelated criminal case re drinking and driving (neither of which he was allowed to do by law), all fair game.

Same rule as yesterday, you can discuss him but may not accuse him. There will be no separate thread for RL discussion. Those who do not appreciate or wish to participate in talking about that property owner are free to scroll and roll.

If The rule changes you will be notified.

Thank you , so not considered a suspect :)

And makes sense he would still be involved as it's his property so he may hold a clue to why somebody would pick his land.

Thanks for this, Liltexans. This quote from the Sheriff answers a lot for me. Appreciate the links!

I don't know who gets the award for most bowls of word salad, RL or LE. "Still involved with the investigation" sounds like he is one of the investigators.

So there it is RL "is not considered a suspect".

So I wonder if someone could twitter and ask LE point blank if RL has been officially cleared, so we can all move on! all of this inconsistent and ambiguous reporting is not helpful at all! MOO

It will say alot about RL if he doesn't sue the county and MSM for the lack of clarity in their reports.

I think LE is taking extra care with RL's transports due to internet idiots, threats, etc

I think that was what RL said didn't he?

Agreed. They are taking responsibility to protect him from vigilantes who think he's guilty.

He's also a potential witness in some form or fashion.

Is RL still a valid person of interest to this thread? Maybe someone can clarify because I see post after post saying to move on which seems pretty rude if RL is not off limits here. TIA

Agreed. I could post that I am annoyed by having to read through so many outlandish scenarios...and still waiting to read one about a UFO dropping little green men sporting mullets off at the creek. But to each their own...roll and scroll, nothin' to see here...move along ma'am/sir... ;) JMO

"The Carroll County sheriff said he is "still involved" with the investigation, but is not considered a suspect." Interesting comment by the Sheriff (Maybe Leazenby?) http://www.theindychannel.com/news/...ner-sentenced-in-charges-unrelated-to-murders

I said this a few posts back , the bodies were found in his property so he may have ideas on why the perp used his property to dump the girls.

It makes sense he is involved considering the location. Maybe he has enemies who set him up to take the fall.

IMO

sorry just reading up. 3.5 years of prison for his charges is way too severe in my opinion. Put a leg monitor on him or something. Prison for him is ridiculous. Save prison for violent offenders like Abby and LIbby's murderer(s). JMO

Agreed. Perhaps we should find out if RL can no longer be discussed? And if he cannot, so be it. If he can, then people will need to stop telling others what to post. Win win situation here.
