FBI agent: Bodies ‘moved and staged’ in Delphi murders, suspect took clothing

“The Murder Sheet obtained a search warrant filed in the Delphi murders.

About two weeks after the murders of Liberty German and Abigail Williams, authorities raided house where Kegan Kline lived with his father. That was February 2017. In this episode, we'll talk about the March 2017 search warrant focusing on Ron Logan, the man who owned the property where the girls were found murdered.”

This is a short interview with Master Trooper Taylor Bryant about the Delphi sketch.

Posted with permission from a Moderator.

(Just over 4 mins long and contains good info - JMO)

He has done about 70 sketches for police departments across the state.

He has a degree in commercial art.

He trained for three weeks with the FBI and learned how to talk to witnesses.

He spends 4 hours doing an interview before he even starts to sketch.

According to the Indianapolis Star he told them
,
-it was created from a witness description
-it was not created from DNA Phenotyping

The only direct quote from him about the sketch is:

"It was a sketch created from a witness, that's about all I can say."

An Indiana man is reportedly in custody in connection with the Delphi murders of two young girls in 2017.

Liberty "Libby" German, 14, and Abigail Williams, 13, were found murdered on the morning of Feb. 13, 2017, after German's sister dropped the pair off at the entrance of a hiking trail the day prior.

Now, sources are telling FOX 59 Indianapolisthat a man named Richard Allen, 50, is in custody in connection with the murders.

Allen lives five minutes from the bridge.

The girls were discovered near the Monon High Bridge Trail, Fox59 reported, which is part of the Delphi Historic Trails.

It says the bodies were “moved and staged” and that “a large amount of blood was lost by the victims at the crime scene. Because of the nature of the victim’s wounds, it is nearly certain the perpetrator of the crime would have gotten blood on his person/clothing.”

According to WISH-TV, citing the search warrant, two articles of clothing from one of the girls was missing from the scene, leading authorities to believe they may have been taken as a souvenir.
