(Dec. 30, 2018, Knox; left inside freezing (25F) car while mom drank in bar-survived) - *Tiffany Jean Helbling (29/now 30) arrested & charged (12/30/18) & re-indicted (1/24/19) with child neglect & criminal recklessness. Bond was $3K modified (1/2/19) to be released on own recognizance with electronically-monitor home detention & no contact with victim.

I haven't seen any personally. It does say above on 9/11/20:

MTRP- 90 days MCJ, 0 days suspended, 90 days MCCC which may be transfered to Starke County, probation terminated upon completion of Community Corrections

so - 180 days sentence? Doesn't seem long enough....

I'll tag @FrostedGlass - to see if there are any updates after the one that Jewels posted above - after 9/18/20 - ?? TIA!
