IN - Mark Sandifur, charged with child molesting, Flora, 28 Aug 2019

*Hearing (@ 2pm CT) – IN – 13 year old (August, 19, 2019 & goes back a year, Flora) - *Mark Joseph Edward Sandifur (36/now 38) arrested & charged (8/21/19) with 3 counts Level 4 felony charges of child molesting & 1 count of Level 1 felony charge of child molesting. Plead not guilty. $100K Surety bond (10% cash). Bond posted by mother & released (9/13/19).
Warrant out for arrested (11/18/21) for violation of probation. Warrant for arrest served (11/23/21) & is in custody.
Trial was set to start on 7/26/21 (thru 7/28/21), but plead guilty on 5/18/21. Sentenced (6/2/21) to 4 years of probation.

Order Issued: Order on dispositional hearing entered. 3/18/22 Update: Motion to Withdraw Appearance Filed by Defense. Order granting motion to withdraw appearance of Jeffrey P. Little from the record by Judge Benjamin Diener.

I wonder if MS was aware of the network of child abuse that the FBI was investigating after seeing KAK's phones? MS's grandfather was a neighbor of RL over near the Delphi trails and MHB

The case hearing was commenced and concluded.

The motion to determine the duty of of the Department of Child Services is taken under advisement.

Those noticed....attorneys and Judge Kurtis Fouts.

Order was signed by Judge Kurtis Fouts!?

What was the order issued by Fouts? I'm confused as to what was decided and why Fouts was involved in it?
 
@sunshineray That wasn't exactly a case hearing; MS had asked for a hearing back in April, which the judge granted and set the hearing date for June 9. They never said in the court records what the hearing was for but now we know he wants someone to determine the duty of the DCS.

The order to take the issue under advisement was signed by Judge Diener. He then sent the 'memo' to attys Fouts (for defendant) and McLeland (for state).

Does that mean he violated his probation (AGAIN!) - or whatever it was - and now has a warrant out for his arrest?
