Comment: to be conducted Johnson Superior 3

So - it says in bold - will there be anything else charged against them? Going to a different court? Or can I shelve their part of this "crime"? TIA!

They cancelled the one in bold and I have no other dates. I read an article a while back that stated the case wasn't done; apparently the court needs completed progress reports from all 3 of the men.

Prosecutor: Charges in Lake Monroe case not dropped, restorative justice process ongoing | news - Indiana Public Media
There is one more issue that needs to be sorted out – former Judge Lance Hamner resigned his position in early February so he could run for Johnson County Prosecutor in the Republican primary. Judge Jeffrey Eggers was picked to fill his position on the Johnson County Superior Court.

Because Hamner was initially chosen as a special judge, the Indiana Supreme Court will have to decide who is overseeing the case before any charges can be dropped.
From the court site:
04/22/2022
Order Received from the Indiana Supreme Court
Court issues Order Appointing Special Judge and assigns the Honorable Peter Nugent herein. Copies to counsel. mbs

The charges against Vauhxx Booker, Sean Purdy, and Jerry Cox II were dropped at the request of special prosecutor Sonia Leerkamp. Leerkamp says the three men have completed the Restorative Justice process, an alternative to traditional judicial proceedings.

It’s the first time the process has been used in Indiana.

All three men wrote statements regarding the process, what they learned, etc. Those can be found here:

Yes. You're welcome.
IMO
His lessons didn't cost him much of anything and gained him a lot of sympathy and support for his activism. I wonder how much it cost the other two in attorney fees alone, in addition to lost work and damaged reputations. After their case was over, their mental notes probably began with: "Do Not Ever...

I didn't go back through to see if this was posted. It's the IDNR report on the incident and all of its participants. It will be good for record keeping.

@Niner This is the last post for Vauhxx Booker unless he ends up in court again.

Both of his cases have been disappeared from public view; so for him, it's like those 2 felonies he was accused of never existed. I'm sure that is good news for him.

Okay! Any bets he is back in court? :D
