Private Investigators visit the site.

Dominic C, a colleague of Hoover who works for the Anthony’s, claims he went to the site in November 15th a day that the A’s were away at a KidFinders’ function with a camera and took pictures to rule out the possibility that there was any evidence of Caylee there. He said he and JH were following up on a tip from Kio C had given OCSO detectives. Dominic C said” he didn't find anything, but admits he might have missed the remains." Since he did not find anything he did not mention his search to the A’s until December 11

Guess we know now that KC must have told the Investigator or Lee A. were Caylee's body was located.
 
It would be helpful if everyone who discovers factual dates with links would check the calander and be sure to post them there if they are missing, making sure you confirm the date. It's easy to post to the wrong date, I started changing the date first, before inputting the information to be sure it records on the right date.

And, as we go forward with new twists (dates of the actual event, not the report) also put on the calander.

I believe this area was further up on a dirt road, but, it is somewhat near the area and it might be good to know police were in the area again.

Try your hand at posting to the timeline calander - just be sure to change the date to the dates of occurance.

There seems to be so many questions swirling around this that a thread devoted to just that subject would may yeild some very useful information.

There have been questions concerning if the reader meter was tipped off to go there and who would have done that. Did Dominic C or John H. the PI’s know that Caylee’s body was there. Who sent DC to that area .in the first place and why was JH with him. Is it the same location that Kio C told detective Happy W. about in her interview? How does Cowboy dude fit in to this as well as? Is Caylee Alive Lady [Joy?] part of this also?
Plus anything else that someone may think of.

I know that all of these people have been discussed in various threads but thought it might be helpful to put anything that would be helpful in one place. Then as we add information we can regroup place in chronological order and see what we collectively come up with. With everything getting spread out amongst the separate threads it makes it difficult to spot information that makes you ‘sit up and take notice’.


Using this information we can develop fact based theories and also have a handy reference list for any upcoming charges/trial. Dates can then also be entered on the Calandar.

Can we build on this list that that I started. I thought maybe if we put all of the events in order we may be able to see if …how and who would have been part of why they where out there taking video and who knew what and when they knew it.

Question...how come Todd Black is still cited as the spokesperson for Baez?
 
I find it much easier to work in 'week view' on the calendar. Helps quite a bit.

Breakdown of December 11, 2008 - Day Caylee's Remains Discovered

Timeline

Approximately 9:30 a.m. -- Utility worker for Orange County finds a bag of bones while searching for a pipleine for fire hydrant. He stepped into some nearby woods to relieve himself. He called 911. The area is within a quarter-mile of the Anthony's home, raising speculation by investigators that the body could be that of missing Caylee Marie.

11:25 to 11:30 a.m. -- Crime Scene Investigators with Orange County began to set up a perimeter. Orange County investigators are joined by agents from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Investigations. Sheriff's Office says there are no other small children that are reported missing in the area.

11:45 a.m. -- FOX 35 confirms that Cindy and George Anthony are on a plane returning from Los Angeles.

11:50 a.m. -- People in the community begin gathering at the corner of Hopespring Drive near the Anthony's Home.

11:53 a.m. -- The weather has worsened over the search site. Sherrif's deputies are working to preserve the scene and investigators say the body is badly decomposed. KidFinders Network has sent a representative to the search site.

11:55 a.m. -- Tim Miller with Equusearch tells FOX 35 that during previous searches in this area, the water was very high. Tim says that when the Anthony's get the news, they may be able to start the grieving process, even though the body has yet to be confirmed as that of Caylee.

12:10 p.m. -- FOX 35 confirms that a spokesperson for the Anthony family has informed Cindy of the news that a child's body was discovered. Cindy still believes that Caylee is alive.

12:16 p.m. -- The Anthony's are expected back from LA this afternoon - Michelle Bart - says Anthony's do know what is going on right now. Wants to keep a positive attitude right now. This is a very rough and emotional time for the family. Evidence has pointed in another direction.

4:00 p.m. -- Anthony Baez files emergency motion, hearing set for Friday.

4:36 p.m. -- George and Cindy Anthony arrive at Orlando International Airport.

4:45 p.m. -- Police intercept the plane carrying the Anthony’s and escort the family from the airport to an undisclosed location.

7:00 p.m. --Jose Baez meets with the media.

Approximately 9:00 p.m. --Crime scene tape is placed around the Anthony home in anticipation of a search warrant being served.

9:10 pm. --Detectives and forensic investigator enter Anthony home.
 
Holy Carp! There is no way that this will go to trial in March! There is just so much information to go through! Keep in mind that this particular thread is just the tip of the iceberg! OMG! Unfortunately, unless LE/the FBI comes out with mind-blowing evidence (which I do hope they have), this trial will be delayed and delayed and delayed!

That is the date I was trying to find. I could not find the link to OC jail visit logs except July to see when he was there. I knew he was on the defense team early on just had no way to put a date to it. JIIRC just about the same time G&C had a major change in attitude. The other date I would love to find out is the picture of DC, JH and DM at the KidFinders tent on that one picture. I have no idea where it came from or any way to date it.

I have a wicked sinus infection that is making me fussy and this case is enough to make one dizzy....

Any dates that are not correct may be due to the fact that I used the date that shows on an upload to You tube or a news report. Feel free to refine anything that needs to be. The more accurate the better. There is so much info out there I have been trying to use only media or statement dates to pinpoint stuff.

I really appriecate everybodies imput.
 
I've adopted a new tactic. I am going through the media threads and adding updates from there, with the links provided. Date of article may differ from date of occurrence, so check carfully. I am currently on second week of November, if someone wants to start in December?

After working with Baez, Casey was hired by Casey Anthony's parents, George and Cindy Anthony, to help search for their missing granddaughter, Caylee, the motion states.
