Doesn't his sexting cause problems at home and at work?
He is willing to risk his marriage and his job for sexting,
Is that not addictive behavior?
Substitute gambling or shopping.
I agree. A person should be able to get through an 8 hour work day without sending/receiving naked pictures. Or at least a 5-hour work day, as in RH's case. I think it is very dysfunctional that he was apparently unable to get through the work day without sexting. How many employers would consider that part of a productive work day? Would you think it's normal, functional or efficient for your babysitter to be sexting while caring for your children? Even if she got them fed, changed and didn't leave them in a hot car to die? Would you be content to be paying her for doing that on your (and your kids') time?
