Up thread is this:
There's the lows....
"She says she spoke with Gardner in February and he was sad and going back to counseling.
“He lost his job. He lost his car…he had to shuffle from one place to another to live and… was really getting back on some of the pills he’d been taking previously.”"
Back on prescription medication would seem to indicate he'd seen a doctor recently, although the friend could be referring to unauthorized/illegal drugs.
JAG's friend makes him out to be a victim of life and believes JAG was not the attacker. This is what JAG and the courts told her. MOO
The Forensic Psychiatrist, Dr. Carroll, determined JAG to be a violent predator who should be thrown behind bars as long as the law permitted. Dr. Carroll said JAG had NO remorse, shifted the blame, took NO responsibility for his crime, stalked young girls, and hung around schools and would not be amendable to treatment; had all the hallmarks of a violent predator. THE COURTS DIDN'T LISTEN leaving the impression JAG was no where near the predator Dr. Carroll made him out to be.
IMO this was very poor judgement on the part of the parole officer, judge, and attorneys and left many people looking at JAG as a victim rather than a predator. The courts are responsible for the impression they give to the public. That extra two years would have said to the public - he's 100% guilty! MOO
Larry King has Chelsea's parents on......
The victim was just on saying JAG had a very foul mouth.........
The information contained in JAG's central file released by the state Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation completely confirms that JAG lied about pretty much everything. He got caught over and over smoking where smoking was not allowed and made up ridiculous excuses, even complaining that he was being singled out by the guards. He was caught with a lighter, handed it over to a guard and then in the hearing stated he wasn't guilty, didn't remember having the lighter, demanded they fingerprint it and then said the lighter was broken (continueing on to state over and over "I just don't remember this incident.") He refused to work while in jail and once accused an officer of intentionally throwing a wadded piece of paper at him...and later recanted stating the officer was trying to throw it in the trash and missed. Clearly he thought he was a lot slicker than he actually was....and apparently not much has changed!
Also, check out his signature at various time. It's everything from Palmer perfect (page 112) to backwards (page 156) to completely unreadable (page 217 and after). When it is Palmer perfect, it is exactly on the line, when it is not, it is an amazing study in types.
It also looks like he might have made a good teacher....if he chose a different path in life.
An hour and a half clip. Gardner rambles on about the system, but offers some new information in the case and his mind.
