It only takes ONE juror to believe her crap... im praying for a guilty verdict but all these lies being spun im thinking it will be a hung jury.. I HOPE IM WRONG!!!

Hurrah! I'm on page two! (By the time I catch up there'll only be another 33.15786 pages to read!)

Brilliant point. Travis left his beloved puppy to a mad woman. :waitasec: Travis practically worshiped his dog - in the tribute video I believe there's actually a picture of him carrying Naps on his chest in a baby carrier. And from online accounts it would seem Napolean was the type of pupster to challenge even the patience of saints at times. Just FWIW.

all pugs are....o/t but are first pug had a "marking" problem --- got to a point I was inquiring on pug rescue site----no one wanted him.....We kept him--granted he had some mighty bad habits they can be amusing----and we do have another one.....she is just as stubborn but better on the outdoor policy....

It comforts me knowing that Juan produced two experts at last weeks closed hearing who testified that there was no *advertiser censored* whatsoever on TAs computer and there never had been any that they could find. They also said there was no *advertiser censored* pictures discovered during a search of TAs house.

"Martinez claimed that Arias had alternately said that Alexander was viewing pictures on a computer and viewing printed photographs. Furthermore, he brought two Mesa police investigators to the witness stand to say that they had found no pornographic images of any kind on Alexander’s computer, nor had they found photographs in his house."

I know that fact will help his family get over this weeks testimony and Juan will hammer that home when he gets his hands on her.

anyone have the insession on line ??????? TIA :seeya:

I am so looking forward to Juan Martinez getting hold of her. He is my new favorite prosecutor. Looking at the pyramid/triangle graphic posted above just reminds me of some of Juan's moments that have just cracked me up.

Agreed! I also enjoyed when he shook his head and said "That's not the way it works, sir." IIRC it was in response to Gus saying "that's irrelevant" re: the mystery person in the car.

IIRC, when she tried to get a plea deal, it read like a threat: Accept this plea deal or I will smear him in court.

Disgusting. And Nurmi. On one hand, he's doing his job, on the other, I hate how he's doing it. Loathe it. My opinion is he can't stand Jodi, but he is doing his job, trying to save her from the needle.

IMO

Nurmi's body language tells us he is just doing his job. There is no emotional connection with her. jmo

I agree with you but I really feel for his family. There are people out there who want to believe the worst of Travis and I think are looking for anything to say AHA, however few that is it must hurt for them.

Oh, I hate that his family is having to hear this, but I have a feeling Juan is comforting them and assuring them that he will make it clear that it's all lies.

mighty hard to explain away the premeditation:

1) change in haircolor
2) rent a car (white please.. not red... so it doesn't stick out) even though you have your own car
3) get gas cans from your ex bf
4) all the receipts
5) falling off the grid between california and arizona
6) the clean up of the scene and deletion of pictures and access of travis' cell phone mail
7) alibi trip to Utah
8) returning the rental car with it smelling of smoke, missing all four floor mats and red stains on the seats

there is more... that is just a taste of the premeditation. I have seen nothing to explain any of that away except a picture (time that is not determined) that showed Arias with a few different hair colors than platinum blonde but that does not make the car guy a liar.:twocents:

eta: forgot the upside down plates she was pulled over for and the theft of the 25 from Grandpa's house

I'm watching IS now, so this drunk lady story according to JA is evidence showing JA was abused by Travis, which shows why JA had to defend herself against Travis on the day she murdered him by stabbing him in the back?

The defense story is bull for sure. How can some shot and stab someone almost 30 times then "barely"...."barely" have any cuts on them? She is something else. We can only hope for justice.

It's been a few years since I've had the opportunity to watch the old Court TV channel (and thank heavens no Nancy Grace!) but from memory they so very often have every possible projection wrong it's misleading to believe they actually know what they're talking about.

I'll trust Minor, Mormon, AZ, JSR, and Gitana over the likes of the 'personalities' at IS or HLN any time.

Oh, I hate that his family is having to hear this, but I have a feeling Juan is comforting them and assuring them that he will make it clear that it's all lies.

I am waiting for a guilty verdict and for the family to have the opportunity to address JA directly in their victim impact statements. Powerful!

What's next? Travis dressed up as a clown while listening to Barry Manilow??? ;)

My favorites:

It's not like he said, 'We need to get down, baby', right?

Asking Lisa if she, in her youth and naivety, thought Travis should have controlled his penis "getting big"

When Wilmott says "Objection, are we still on the hard drive" and Juan, without even blinking says, "No, we're not" and just keeps on with his presentation - doesn't even dignify Wilmott's objection by waiting on a ruling from the judge. He was so clearly thinking, "Keep up, you moron"

And of course his repeated display of the horrible autopsy photo and/or nasty *advertiser censored* pics of Jodi, asking witnesses - did she tell you about thiiiiissssssss?

:floorlaugh::rocker::great:

JM is great!! The funny thing is I've barely watched any of the prosecution and I still think he's great and she's going down! That says a lot, to me, about how weak of a job the defense is doing! JM is obviously a much more experienced attorney than Nurmi (with his droning on and pointless questions) and Wilmott (with her constant umms, notes checking, and asking the same question twice).

My brother thinks he's a jerk and is way too agressive. He felt bad for Gus and was tipped over the edge when the photo was shown. I understood why he did that, but did feel bad for Lisa and the family. My brother thinks it would have made JM look bad to the jury. Do you think there's any chance he may have given the family a little warning that he was going to do something like that?

Good morning all :) Geesh it seems like it's been weeks, what a long weekend!

I have read as much as I could to try to keep up. I have read about JA's new story. I highly expect Jodi to say that she took any pictures, or external hd from the house, to protect TA's reputation. How else is she going to explain that there are no pictures or *advertiser censored* or anything on TA's computer, or in his house.

I hope that we get to see Juan get a piece of JA this week! I am not sure I can stand another week of just her babbling, I want to see him rip her a new one (which from pics we've seen, she could possibly use a new one ;) )

Nurmi's body language tells us he is just doing his job. There is no emotional connection with her. jmo

I totally agree! Other than while she's been on the stand... I've never seen Nurmi talk to her or really even look at her! I don't think he's happy about having the case, but is doing the best job he can.

I looked through the documents forum but couldn't find Thursday's transcript, anyone have that handy? Of anyone have a brief break down on it?
