For families of missing Wichitans, hope never vanishes (+video)
John Wilson. April Wiss. Jennifer Wilson. Eryn Gray. Jacquilla Scales. Vivian Botz.

All have gone missing from the Wichita area over the last 20 years, never to be found.

No matter the length of each person’s disappearance, family members left behind all grapple with the same question: Why?

Seems like she has some facial trauma to the left hand side, similar to this Jane Doe..

Case reference: 2005000299
On August 28, 2005, the remains of a female were found in a wooded location at an MTO picnic area on Highway #7 west of Rockwood, Ontario. It is believed the female had been dragged a short distance into the woods, beside the picnic area and had been there for approximately a month before being discovered. A "Woods" sleeping bag had been placed over top of the deceased, covering her. No personal jewelry or identification was found with the deceased. The clothing that she wore was found to have been purchased in the Montreal area. Investigators believe the circumstances of her death are suspicious and consider this foul play.

**********
Her height seems to fit but the clothing sizes (shorts size 9 and tank top size 10/12) seem a little big for Irene. Of course, she would have been 51 - 7 years older than when she went missing - at the time these remains were found and could have gained weight.

The age is a little off too, and IMO, the clothing appears to be that which a younger woman would wear, but you never know. Also, the Doe is White, and Irene is Hispanic.

Irene would have traveled a long way from Kansas, if this is her. Over 1,100 miles, in fact. خرائط ‪Google‬‏‏

Irene's NamUs profile says that she had facial scars but doesn't note a two-tooth partial plate, broken nose, ribs, etc. Again, I realize that 7 years elapsed between her disappearance and the time this Jane Doe was found.

Let's get another opinion. @Gardener1850, what do you think? TIA MOO
