In a social media post Saturday, the police department says Heather L. Thomas of Harrodsburg was last seen operating a Gold Chevy S-10 pickup truck.

According to police, she was accompanied by Phillip Brock.

Brock is wanted by the parole board and is a fugitive. Authorities believe that Ms. Thomas is in danger.

If you have any information about Ms. Thomas’ whereabouts you are asked to call local law enforcement and do not approach.

I'm leaning towards these two knowing one another.

According to police, she was accompanied by Phillip Brock.

Perhaps the news article was paraphrasing what LE said, but using the term "Accompanied by" makes it almost sound like she left willingly with him vs a carjacking or abduction scenario.

But, I also noticed the article said:

Heather L. Thomas of Harrodsburg was last seen operating a Gold Chevy S-10 pickup truck.

There were no plate #s mentioned and the wording of a pickup truck vs her pickup truck makes me wonder if the vehicle is not hers? Is it his? Someone else's?

Did anyone find the police social media post/announcement about this that was referenced in the article? Is it worded the same/similarly. Hope she is safe.

Interesting comments at link, it sounds like she is with him voluntarily. Since he's a fugative, maybe LE is tracking her to find him - who knows. Hopefully she comes to realize it's not a good choice to be with a man like him, and kicks him to the curb-unless he gets his head screwed on right.

Her missing companion has a court date scheduled for Nov 1 of this year. I'm guessing this is with the parole board given the date being the same month as the parole hearing mentioned in his inmate records. I am very confused. His offender look up in post #2 above reads as if he is in prison now with next parole hearing in May 2024. Start date of prison sentence was 2016.
