At this link, the article states that LA was granted immunity, 2nd paragraph from the bottom - I don't remember this happening - is it a fact?

IIRC, there was discussion of this months ago, but I haven't seen that the immunity was granted until this article.

She told her mom that she and Caylee are in Jacksonville. Why would she send LA out to find his sister at the bars later that night in Orlando if she believed that she was in Jacksonville? Do I have my dates wrong?

Nope. You don't have your dates wrong. We don't know that CA sent LA out to look for KC in Orlando, just that she somehow asked LA to help find her. LA may have had some "connections" of his own that could have told him that she was in fact, in Orlando. Your dates are correct and your question is a good one!

Thanks for the vertification. According to LA in the secret video with TL, he said that his mom sent it out to find her. There must have been a reason that CA knew she wasn't in Jacksonville. I haven't seen a explanation for that.

I may be mixed up on events,but I think that was the time CA got home and found some of Casey's clothes and Caylee's teddy bear missing.Casey told her she had given Juliette a key to stop by and pick up some stuff for her.Maybe that was a red flag to CA ,so she sent Lee out to look for her.She must not have believed KC.:crazy:

Nope, you are right. I read with agony the transcript that was just released of CA statements. I wonder whatever happen to the teddy bear, it was supposely one of Caylee's favorites.

LE came to the Anthony home in the early morning hours and removed the gun that was in the wheel-well of George's car. Casey was out of jail at that time and having a gun anywhere within the household or a vehicle could have put Casey back in jail.

I don't recall that a teddy bear was also found in the wheel-well of Geroge's car.

The car was at the tow yard for 2 weeks. Caylee "allegedly" based on forensics reports was only in the trunk 2.6 days. IMO, I never, ever thought Caylee was in the trunk at the tow yard.

I agree. George wasn't alone when he looked in the trunk.

Simon Burch also looked in the trunk with George. He is the one that took the trash bag with the pizza box and threw it into the towyard bin.

If that was the Teddy Bear KC took from the Anthony house in July, how did it get back in the Anthony house? Did Lee pick it up at Tony's apartment? If NOT the Teddy Bear KC took what did KC do with the one she took from her parent's house?

According to RM, one of Caylee's teddy bears had a name and some significance.

Someone posted in another thread last night that if you go to P.I. Casey's business website, and go to the Caylee case page, that the phone records for DC and GL are on page 4. I did check last night, and yup, they are there!

I don't know that it was mentioned,but if IIRC it looked like one of the officers retrieving the gun had a teddy bear tucked under her arm.Now I suppose I must go find the pic.
