Still trying to figure out why in the world the judge interrupted the hearing earlier to bring a juror back, is she that scattered in her thinking?

Maybe she was waiting on some pertinent info related to the juror and it came in while the hearing was going on and she opted to deal with it. Could have been something the attorneys expected to happen (discussed in lengthy sidebar) but the rest of us weren't privy to.

This judge and her uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uhs is driving me nuts! Not to mention all this back and forth about what they can or cannot ask the immunized Shayanna Jenkins! Got to make sure the defendant always has all the rights. This has got to be difficult for Odin Loyd's family.

Is anyone else scheduled to testify today? Doesn't seem like she'll be on the stand all that long with everything the judge is not allowing her to be asked and everything she 'doesn't recall'.

Sidebars galore in this trial--and willing to bet that McCauley will play a number of the home videos again. Also expect we could hear the recorded jail house phone conversations between Shayanna and AH that the judge ruled on earlier in the week. We still have to hear the rest of the testimony from the FBI agent who analyzed cell phone records. He was cut short yesterday because the defense objected to certain graphics on the exhibit used during his testimony. Prosecution was told to modify it.
