I have to admit this, and I have thought about it in several trials. I really think I would be very very tempted to look up some things on line if I was a juror. I KNOW it is wrong, just sayin....

Me too. And that is why I think that unless sequestered that they do. They can't admit it they could go to jail and case a new trial for the accused (unless was acquitted). Now days info is too saturated. Look at the RH trial they tried to seat a local. But had to go a long ways. Thing is news is carried over county lines. Especially in these High Profile cases. jmho.

agree at least one of them may know the procedure whereby at least once they judge tells them to continue..I think if they are not even close this morning that forewoman should send a note or question...leaving it until the afternoon would not be helpful and to turn all of these jurors out for the three day weekend in this high profile case would just put the defense on overtime trying to find some misconduct and we don't need that. I expect something this morning.

Just to sum up the last few tweets from Travis:

Shayanna exited and is now back in courtroom.

Clerk is working on his computer.

Another clerk exited Locke's chambers....
