Still Missing MA - Ana Walshe, 39, allegedly left home, may have been dismembered, Cohasset, Jan 2023 *husband indicted* #4

  • #2,181
Got out of prison a few months ago from Old Colony Correctional Center. If this guy gets convicted, when he gets sentenced, he will go to classification at the Max (which sucks) he will then go to a lifers block at the Max for a few years, then likely he will be sent to either Norfolk Medium or Old Colony Correctional Center where I was. I still keep in touch with people from OCCC. If he goes there I'll let people know how he is, according to my friends there.
Yes please and welcome!

I think the Defense will rest tomorrow, without a Defense (unless BW humbly testifies).

In closing, they'll suggest SUDS (with no support for it), and that will be that.

JMO
Speculation only of course on my part, but they will put on a defense. We know and they know too, that there is really is no defense for what has happened, but they need to play the charade out so they are not crying "Uncle!/I give up ! just yet.

They at least want to have the appearance of a defense. That's what all this nonsense blah blah has been about from Tipton and the other D lawyer - just the appearance of a defense, bc of course there is none.

They will call a sudden death person/expert defense expert - SUDS /sometimes called Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome (SADS). Whatever the expert has to say really has no bearing imo, bc of course it's possible, anything is possible, but it's possibiity is negated in this case by BW's subsequent actions. Hacksaw and all.

If she died suddenly a normal person calls 911. Tries to get her heart going etc.
If he was drunk and afraid to be blamed, and felt a panic and had to hide the body why not just put her in a a garbage bag and bury her somewhere.

Was he still panicked the next day when he bought the hack saw and tarps etc and brutally chopped her up.

Let that sink in. He bought the coverup materials the next day, strolling the stores happy as a lark. He then went home and went to work. Kids at preschool?

He needed the body gone forever so noone could examine it and find out it was a homicide. At his hand.

Mommie Dearest, I am confident, has been eyeballing the jury the entire trial looking for a weak link. If there is just one she thinks her son can 'con' he will take the stand.

As in every trial, the jury is and will be the wild card. They just need one juror to have reasonable doubt , however unreasonable that is to me.

The best he can hope for imo is a mistrial. They wont get a NG and the most likely is Guilty.

Quoting myself because gaaaaaaah

Not humbly, I meant dumbly.

There is nothing humble about BW and him testifying. Dumb, yes, humble, no.

Dumble.

In my own experience of knowing narcissistic con artists like BW, I think he will testify. After all, he thinks he's the smartest person in the room...and beyond.

  • #2,187
quoting myself after looking through some notes. I'm sure I missed more examples but here is what Brian was doing during the above time frame.
Not in order
1/1/23 6:22pm. @ CVS buying hydro peroxide
1/1/23. ?? @ Lowe’s in the murder clean up aisle
1/1/23. ?? @ liquor store dumpster drop
1/1/23. 3:39. @ Walgreens buying bandaids and antibiotic cream

BBM I will forever think of this when in Lowe’s. 😂 At least WalMart seemed to be spared in this crime.

Does he think he is slick wearing gloves in Home Depot? Lol
I wondered WTH was he doing…he’s already busted.

Re-listening to day one
it's okay to scroll and ignore.

BW's mother was wearing a brooch of a carousel horse - make of that what you may.

This was the day of the appearance of the Rosary. I'm thinking Mommy coached BW to these dramatics.

Regarding the hole in the ceiling. The defense wanted it thrown out. Said it was a red herring. Turns out it kinda was
Prosecution wanted it in as it was tied to an email from Richard Walker who was talked about in one of the LE interviews
Hole in the ceiling was granted.

The jury's pre charge instructions
1. that BW caused death of AW
2. that BW intended to kill AW
3. that there was deliberate premeditation
4 that there was no self defense portion
5 that there are no mitigating circumstances

Re: the guilty pleas
The CW was the one to ask any reference to the guilty pleas be excluded, not needed in their opening, looking to avoid it
Defense didn't need it for opening but would reference BW lied to LE

Who knows what the defense will do, but I can’t get past the fact that BW’s reaction to “Ana’s sudden death” was to lie, chop her up, lie, dispose of her and continue to lie….even refusing to admit where he dumped her. I don’t see any juror buying that. And what medical expert can back him up when there was no body to examine. I think the last witness was the nail in the coffin. Ana was fed up and emotionally exhausted by BW’s lying which in turn caused her life and her children’s lives to be chaotic, she no longer loved BW as much and as we know, had moved on emotionally and intimately from him. He killed her for that reason even though it was all his own doing.

12/10/25 Wednesday, Trial Day 8: *Before testimony begins, the court will conduct a voir dire hearing on witness Gem Mutlu. Mutlu was the guest at the Walshe home on New Year's Eve 2022. So, he would have been among the last to see Ana Walshe alive. He was Ana's former boss at his Real Estate firm. Judge rules Mutlu can testify.
State witnesses:
Gem Mutlu, former boss (@ real estate firm) of Ana’s. Marlenny Ramdehal. [Former probation officer for Walshe's former conditions of release regarding his federal case]. Tony Macrina of Home Depot [surveillance video [from 1/2/23 @ 5:11pm] shown & the receipt for Jan. 2, 2023, included a 12-pound bag of baking soda]. The total was over $450 & was paid in cash. Christopher Bernasconi, loss prevention manager at TJ Maxx. [Surveillance video shown to jury]. Alissa Kirby, Ana's best friend.
*Prosecutors rested their case.
*The defense filed a motion of required finding of not guilty. Judge Freniere denied this motion, saying that prosecutors showed enough evidence for the case to be deliberated by the jury.
Trial continues on Thursday, 12/11/25.

How clever to point out that the RED bottles of hydrogen peroxide and wipes weren't used but we saw him buying BLUE bottles.
Hydrogen peroxide comes in various strengths. So maybe he decided to use the higher percentage stronger ones and not the lower ones?

Common Strengths & Uses:
  • 3% (Household/First Aid): Standard for minor cuts, scrapes, and general disinfection.
  • 6-12% (Beautician/Dental): Used for hair bleaching and some dental applications.
  • 30-35% (Food Grade/Lab Grade): "Food Grade" (often 35%) is for sanitizing food surfaces; Lab Grade (30%) is for experiments; requires gloves and ventilation.
  • 50-90%+ (Industrial/Aerospace): Highly concentrated for bleaching paper, textiles, and as rocket propellant; extremely hazardous and requires professional handling.

I have tile wood look planks. Off to google will blood seep into grout. Will blood seep into grout after it is sealed. How to clean blood out of grout. Will I look pretty if I am accused of murder. Will getting my floors professionally cleaned remove blood from grout.
If you do google that tonight,{"How to clean blood out of grout?"] ----you must refrain from killing your partner in the next couple of days....

Ana's DNA on the blade of that hatchet.
Oh, must have been cross contamination from the forensics team....or from the compactor?

Witness texted AW and BW the next day.

BW answered that Child TW found his phone.

He heard from BW several days, saying Ana had been missing, said she'd left for a work emergency, in an Uber between 6/6:30.

He asked questions, he was skeptical, he asked BW if they had had an argument.

BW asked him, "did we look like we were fighting?"

CM told him he needed to call the police.

CM said BW did not sound panicked.
OKAY, this^^ was important testimony from Ana's ex-boss. He instantly doubted that she left for her real estate job 'emergency' at 6 am New Years weekend---that made no sense to him and he would know.

His first thought was "did you two have an argument?" That was a good comment to get in front of the jury....

BW's snarky answer " "did we look like we were fighting?"----very revealing answer---he did not deny it, just asked if they looked like they were---Wanting to know if his act worked?

Witness got across that her husband was sarcastic and kind of annoyed, but not 'panicked/.

What was BW doing to earn 50-60k that year. Anyone remember?
His mother probably paid him to pick up his kids from daycare 5x a week?

I've never had reason to try it on blood, but Bar Keeper's Friend will get just about anything off grout IME lol

Agreed but I think the message came thru loud and clear. Several times.
You cannot unhear what has been said as you sit as jurors.
Even though instructed to disregard. It was obvious that Ana spoke to Gem about problems in the marriage he just could not recall the exact words.
There were marital problems.
Why the P did not have his interview .. maybe it had things they did not want in the record?
Odd but successful I think overall.
There were marital problems. Period.
JMO.
And his emotional reactions to remembering his last day with her humanised the victim to the jury, finally. He spoke fondly of her and his emotions came through as sincere, imo.

Oh I am so angry at his requested leave times. He even conned that system. Who needs 2 and a half hours to pick up or drop off their children.
And he is not being incarcerated because 'he needs to care for his children' But they go to school/daycare five days a week and mom babysits much of the remaining hours.

No one in court chat understands the blurring out of AW's face in a singular picture of only her.
WHY are they doing that?????? The jury needs to see her face, look into her eyes!!!!
