BREAKING: Olivia Ambrose, who was found alive today, was apparently abducted, law enforcement officials say

Poor woman- I can't imagine what she went through. I am still wondering if someone drugged her- she looked really out of it in those photos I saw, and I don't mean out of it as in drunk. I pray she is ok and no harm came to her. This fool has been known to do this in the past, has restraining orders against and is allowed to continue such behavior? Thank goodness that cop recognized him in the photo!

suspect opened the door for police and olivia was just standing there.

she appeared to be in good health, cannot attest to her state of mind.

she was not in a condition to be capable of resisting the suspect when she was taken.

no weapons found in the apartment.

its over - commissioner was not willing to give up much information to protect the investigation.

BPD, transit, housing authorities. The public was tremendous in providing tips and help.

Victim located in Pena’s apartment. Vague as to how he was ultimately located.

In hospital now.

Charged with kidnapping. Additional charges may follow.

Questions:

How was she found? Standing near suspect.

Still looking at the other unidentified male, possibly a witness, maybe a suspect.

She obviously did not go willingly.

Alluded to her being in a physical state when she was walking with him.

She appears in good health. Not sure about her state of mind (obviously).

Did not have to break down door. Suspect opened door willingly.

No motive yet.

Still want tips, including ones that connect him to other crimes.

I can only imagine what she went through for 3 days in that apartment. They didn’t want to give up much to protect the investigation but I suspect they have more than enough to put him away for a long time.

He did appear to be hastily clothed (untucked, nearly unbuttoned shirt) when they escorted him to the police car. I hope he is just a messy dresser.

He probably had her drink drugged and threatened her. He probably has kept her drugged all this time, which might explain why she appeared physically healthy, but her state of mind wasn't.

Looks like folks are going to town on many comments on that photo- yikes.......even before he kidnapped her, others were, um, saying not so nice things to him. How does a man like this get to be allowed to roam the streets like this? When is enough is enough? Does it take someone like him murdering a woman before he is off the streets for good?

WE HAVE LEARNED PENA HAS A MINOR CRIMINAL PAST IN NEW JERSEY, PENNSYLVANIA, AND RHODE ISLAND. IN TWO OF THOSE STATES HE WAS ARRESTED AT CASINOS, ONCE FOR PROVIDING FALSE INFORMATION TO GAMING INVESTIGAORS AND THE OTHER FOR TRESPASSING. RIGHT NOW HE'S IN BOSTON POLICE CUSTODY."
