GUILTY MA - OA, 23, kidnapped, found alive, Boston, 19 Jan 2019 *Arrest*

'Community policing’ led Boston police to door of Victor Peña, man charged in kidnapping of Olivia Ambrose
There, police say Ambrose “standing” beside Peña, Boston Police Commissioner William Gross said at a press conference on Tuesday night.“We made entry into that apartment she was observed standing inside the apartment near the suspect. We eventually separated them,” Gross said, calling the city-wide search a collaborative effort.

I'm not quite sure what to make of this statement?!

I asked my husband where inside the casino do you get in trouble for trespassing at a casino, and he told me you get charged with trespassing is you get banned from the casino and come back in. I feel so stupid thinking he went in an office. Wanna BET he was bugging women and it wasn't about gambling??
Loitering at casinos --especially if disturbing other gamblers, will get fast response from the security team, and can also turn into a trespassing charge.

The "2nd man" in the image does not appear to be walking with Victor. And Victor doesn't appear to have any/any friends based on his social media. My guess is that the 2nd man saw Olivia having a hard time and assisted, then stepped away when it appeared she was in good hands with Victor. Bad call.

That top picture is so disturbing

Kudos to BPD for releasing the pics! It was what? Literally an hour or two after the release of the pics to the public that they knew who he was, and found her alive!

I'd like to think this had more to do with VP's mental state, and the security of OA, and how they eased her out of the apartment (i.e., eventually separating them), and out of danger, before apprehending VP. MOO
I was so confused during the press conference thinking the same thing. He seemed really unprepared and a bit nervous - I think his main concern was evidence conservation which lead to the awkward delivery of some information. At least I hope that was it! They are charging VP with kidnapping (and potentially more) and I have no doubt they have all the evidence they need.

Hi, I don’t post much... and moo. I might have missed something. I don’t understand how he anducted her going by the T. What did he do to make her go with him? I’m so happy that she is safe.

according to the boston police she was in no condition to resist, i would assume she was very intoxicated or drugged and not in her right mind.

Oh I agree-- some of LE terminology definitely needed clarification. His words about separation, however, are often used in hostage recovery, and where the victims safety is most important. LE were not approaching a normal guy here. For all we know, he could have thought OA was JLo. MOO

ETA: read earlier he's obsessed with JLo.
