And from the pizza shop C Albert owns.
He is now detailing who his siblings are, 2 of them are police officers.


Discussing the events of Fri Jan 28. C Albert says he was friends with OKeefe, said they shared thoughts about socializing on that night.
C Albert was working in his pizza shop.
He went to Waterfall after closing, then found them at CF McCarthy’s.
His pizza shop is in the area.

He went to The Waterfall to meet his wife. Matt & Jen McCabe, sister-I -law Nicole, niece Caitlin were there.

He had a beer, and food, apps.
Specifically Miller Light.
Brian Albert was not there yet.
Brian and Christopher are brothers.
Brian Albert & Brian Higgins arrive later.


C Albert is not sure how he came t know Brian Higgins.
Higgins & B Albert had arrived from a police officer’s funeral in NY.
It was his nephew Brian Jr birthday. (Brian Albert’s son)


John OKeefe & #Karen Read arrive at Waterfall.
C Albert testifies he knows Karen from her living in Meadows & the pizza place.
C Albert is relating his text exchange with OKeefe.
OKeefe was asking who was at The Waterfall.


C Albert seems to be confident & straightforward, and appears to have a very clear memory.
He says #KarenRead came over to him with a glass under her coat. A glass with clear liquid.
He thought that was funny.
Read & OKeefe arrived at 10:44ish


C. Albert won’t use #KarenRead’s name.
He refers to her as “the defendant”, as Lally does.
C Albert says everyone was getting along, everything was normal.
Confirms OKeefe’s clothing, no injuries, etc.

Testifies there was talk about going to the pizza shop after hours to make pizza - a ritual when family turns 21 - there was talk of going to Brian’s house.


Matt McCabe, Brian & Chris Albert were doing a weight loss challenge for charity.
C Albert was against going to the pizza shop because of this.
C Albert’s wife Julie went home.

C Albert bought a round of Fireball shots, toward the end of the night.
He doesn’t know who drank them.
Things were wrapping up.
Brian Sr, Brian Jr, McCabes left, C Albert believes he walked out at about the same time #KarenRead & OKeefe left.

C Albert says he walked home.
It was snowing.
Read & OKeefe we’re walking in the opposite direction.
Lally asking how much & what OKeefe drank.
Beer, more than one, & a Fireball shot.
Read had a glass with clear liquid.

His wife told him that John had died,
Found somewhere on the front lawn of 34 Fairview.
He does not refer to it as Brian’s front lawn.
Testifies he was in shock.
He and his wife went to Brian Albert’s house.
Lists the people who were at the house.He stayed an hour and went home


C. Albert testifies he spoke to State Troopers later.

C Albert takes a while to answer, objection overruled, he asks for a rephrase.
Yannetti doesn’t.

Also, witnesses testified they heard her say “I hit him!” Not in question form, “did I hit him?” Or “I hit him?” It was in the affirmative. That’s a big piece of evidence in this case imo.

I guess you must have missed the testimony of paramedic Jason Becker who said she said, "Could he be dead? Did I hit him?"
