"Thai authorities discovered that flighttickets of 2 people who travelled on Malaysian Airlines flight MH370 using
stolen passports of an Italian (Mr. Luigi Maraldi Age: 37 on Passenger list) and an Austian (Mr. Christian Kozel Age: on Passenger list)
were been bought together from two travel agencies Grand Horizon in South Pattaya & Six Stars Travel at Central Plaza Pattaya in Thailand.
-Flight Tickets were reserved electronically in an email order for the booking and purchase of the two tickets on Thursday (06/03/2014) from Iran.
-After Six Stars Travel contacted China Southern Airlines in Bangkok, tickets were issued for the two passengers on the same day.
-2 flights booked with China Southern Airlines had their point of origin in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, they were scheduled to
fly to Beijing and then onward to Amsterdam. The ticked booked with the Italian passport was to fly onward
to Copenhagen and that booked with the Austrian passport continued on to Frankfurt.
-The officer, who declined to disclose his name, admitted his company had received an email order to book the 2
flights from an Iranian man who called himself ‘’Ali’’. The officer said he knew Mr Ali personally, from Mr Ali’s previous
trips to Pattaya Thailand where he runs a business. Mr Ali had often asked his company
to book flight tickets for he and his friends. He said Mr Ali had sent the order to his company from Iran.
He said in Mr Ali’s first email, he asked the company to book tickets on Etihad Airways or Qatar Airways,
flying to Copenhagen and Frankfurt. However, the two tickets were so expensive that Mr Ali decided
to buy the tickets from China Southern Airlines for 25,500 baht each, he said. The tour officer said Mr Ali asked his friend in Thailand to pay
for the tickets in Thai baht. He said he had already given an account of how his company had sold the tickets to the US Federal Bureau of Investigation.
-Malaysian authorities announced that the two men on the flight were
Pouria Nour Mohammad Mehrdad, 19, and Delavar Seyed Mohammad Reza, 29, two Iranian citizens who boarded the flight
with stolen Austrian and Italian documents."

I had to read that sentence twice. lol

Me too! :what:

Might have been a bit better if they had written:
He said he had already given an account to the US Federal Bureau of Investigation of how his company had sold the tickets.

Not only that but I would imagine there are other financial/family issues which can't be dealt with either until it is official.

:(

Yes it is definitely time to issue the death certificates. Proper arrangements can't be made for children, elderly parents who relied on their sons or daughters income to live month to month etc. all need to be able to access insurance or make permanent arrangements

Khalid was speaking to reporters after attending a pinning-of-the-rank ceremony of the Police Volunteer Reserve (PVR) Unit here today where police volunteer Paul Lajumin was promoted to the rank of Superintendent.

He said investigations into the missing plane had been classified as a criminal case under Section 130 (c) under Penal Code which covered investigations into any elements of sabotage, hijacking and so on.

safety rating of 7 is the very highest given by AirlineRatings. Of the 448 airlines graded by the service, 137 earned a 7-star rating (the highest possible). Close to 50 earned 3 stars or fewer. Malaysia Airlines had a rating of 6.

Article in our local paper is headlined, Search for Missing Plane to End This Week". Is this correct? Nothing at all has been found!

But I think in this day and age that is not reality.............if the same thing happened in most places fighters would be up in 10 min!!

BBM.
Those countries may not have been suspicious of the plane flying through their airspace.
