During the press conference, Sanguedolce also said authorities are investigating the death of a second woman, Deborah Fox, 69, who could be related to this case.

Fox was the former owner of the home, where Cuevas-Ingram was allegedly held against her will, tortured and killed, Sanguedolce said.

Her decomposed body was found in a wooded area in Wilkes-Barre on March 26.

Sounds as if they killed the home's owner, dumped her body in a wooded area, took over her residence, invited Nicole to visit and then held and tortured her to death.

The accused behaved like a pack of wild dogs, just taking what they wanted by violence. Horrible crime.

On February 21, a cooperating witness (CW) informed police of a possible homicide that occurred months ago at 142 Carlisle Street, where the witness was told a woman named Nicole Cuevas-Ingram was murdered in April of 2023.

In March 2023, Cuevas-Ingram, 38, Linnette, 43, three children, and Linnette’s daughter Sarai Doyle, 24, moved into the home on Carlisle Street after traveling to Pennsylvania from Michigan. Already living in the house were Jason Race, 54, Faith Beamer, 38, and William Wolfe.

Investigators noted Beamer, Doyle, Linnette, and Race were all using crack cocaine during April 2023, which was mostly supplied by Linnette.

here is more about the other woman, Debra Fox, this story appears to be from prior to Fox's body being found on the 26th of March.

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — For close to a month, sisters Melissa and Danielle Fox of Minersville say they have been searching for their mother, Debra Fox, who was last seen in Wilkes-Barre.

She was last known to be living out of a nearby hotel.
"I haven't seen her since November. I left the hotel, and she was there, and after that, nothing, just three different stories," said Melissa Fox, Minersville.

A thread for Nicole and Debra exists here:

that one is for Debra. I wonder if we should add her name to the title of that thread or if we should ask a mod to combine the two threads with Debra added as a victim? It may be too soon for that though until the same people are charged with something to do with Debra's death.

According to court documents, just three months after her death, Wilkes-Barre Police responded to the neighborhood after a man claimed he was held captive in the basement of the home and assaulted.

The man told police he was tortured by the people who lived there because he inappropriately touched an 8-year-old girl.

When police arrived, they said Jason Race would not allow them to enter the home and threatened officers with his dog.

A month later, in August of 2023, Debra Fox, the former owner of the Carlisle Street home, filed a protection from abuse against Race, claiming he starved, assaulted, and shot her with pellet guns.
New details about the five people facing charges in death investigation in Wilkes-Barre

So I guess that is why around August 2023 Debra abandoned her home and began living at a hotel. Her abusers had taken over her home and she had to get away from them. If any of thee five perps end up charged in her death it means she didn't get far enough away from these druggies.

If Nicole died in in April of 2023 then does that mean that Debra was still a resident of the home at that time? Was she a witness to the torture and murder of Nicole? Interesting that the unnamed male victim and Nicole were both accused of having been inappropriate with an 8 year old girl. Or was that earlier report about Nicole having been accused of such simply misreporting in what has become a very complex case?

ETA later in the same article it says Wolfe (one of the accused) had served time for - you guessed it - CSA of two young girls (good grief this is a lot to unpack)

What a horrible group of animals! And they did all of this in the presence of children.
Debra Fox may have still been trying to get away from these people.Thry have taken even more violence to her at the hotel.
I wonder if this is the case of an older individual trying to help a mom with kids, who then brings her boyfriend and friends into the home and all hell breaks loose?
RIP Debra and Nicole.
