Nicolette Francette-Person
30 yrs old
5 feet, 10 inches tall
180 pounds
short, dark afro
unknown what she was wearing when she went missing

•left her home in the 1900 block of Longfellow and never returned.
•She was last seen around 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 23.

Her step-father told police that she is 8 months pregnant and suffers from schizophrenia.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Detroit Police Department.

The fact that she is schizophrenic is especially troubling. Many women do not take prescribed meds for that during pregnancy as doctors may be reluctant to recommend psychotropic medications during pregnancy weighing the risk of leaving a severe psychiatric illness untreated with the attendant risk of complications to the mother and complications indirectly to the born baby as well as the risk of teratogenic/embryo-lethal effects on the developing fetus. Unfortunately, if not taking medication the mother may fail to understand or recognize labor leading to the risk of an unassisted delivery. I am so hoping she and her child are found safely.

Posting due to the location.

Updated information. These remains are likely not Nicolette's if the reports are correct. The male victim still hasn't been identified. There are conflicting reports on the vehicle's description.
