"Authorities are asking for the public's help to find a man who went missing last week.

South St. Paul Police say Andre Artzel Duncan, 35, was reported missing last Thursday, Nov. 12, after family members say they hadn't heard from him for several days prior.

His family said it's unusual for him to not check in on a daily basis."

Andre Duncan has a history of mental health problems. Duncan is described as 5’5” tall and about 180 pounds.

If you google his name you come upon a broken link from the Hennipen County Sheriff's Booking site. Seems he was booked on Sept 26, 2015 for obstruction charges. But that's all I could see - wondering if he was in a mental health crisis?
