Not sure I'm reading the above correctly. Did THIS hearing get postponed to 12/16? or 12/16 is just another motions hearing?

    Wednesday, November 13th:
*Motions Hearing (@ 8:30am & 1:30pm CT) - MO – Jane M. Moeckel (61), Zoe J. Kasten (8), Jonathan D. Kasten (10) & Kate Kasten (39) (mom of kids) (Dec. 28, 2018, St. Charles; shot) - *Richard Darren Emery (46) (BF of mom) charged (12/29/18) & indicted (4/12/19) with 4 counts of 1st degree murder, 7 counts of felony armed criminal action, 3 counts of 1st degree assault (attempt-serious physical injury/special victim) & 1 count of 1st degree attempted robbery. No bond. DA will seek DP.
    Trial set to begin 2/8/21.
Officers arriving after a hysterical 911 call (midnight Friday 12/28) — in which the dispatcher could hear several shots being fired in the background — spotted a vehicle leaving near the crime scene at a high rate of speed, said cops. Police fired at the fleeing vehicle, believed to be driven by the killer. One of the cops’ cruisers was riddled with bullet holes. Soon after, a suspect matching the same description of the suspected killer tried to carjack a woman. He stabbed the female driver before zooming away, said investigators. She is expected to recover. Seven hours later, the bleeding man was tracked down to a convenience store, where he was arrested.

Court information from 12/31/18 thru 5/10/19 reference post #86 here:

6/10/19 Update: Motion for change of venue is granted. Court acknowledges State has filed its motion to deny change of venue. Defense acknowledges its motion for change of venue is limited to bringing in a jury from another county with the current Judge. Next status hearing on 8/26.
8/26/19 Update: Trial for 10/5/20 has been vacated. Next motions hearing on 11/1 & 11/13. Trial now set for 2/8/21.
10/29/19 Update: No hearing on 11/1. Defendant's objection to media request for cameras in the courtroom & motion to preserve the presumption of innocence by controlling pretrial publication with suggestions in support, is sustained in part as follows: 1) By stipulation, the courtroom shall be closed to cameras & recording devices for any & all pretrial motions & pretrial hearings. @) After a jury is impaneled the court concludes that such coverage would not materially interfere with the rights of the parties ability to a fair trial. Therefore, the media coordinator, shall be granted access to the courtroom. Motions hearing also scheduled for 12/16.
