MO MO - Bianca Piper, 13, Foley, 10 March 2005

I wonder if Bianca was being trafficked too :( She would certainly have had good reason to run away or commit suicide if so.

Plus I am bothered by the mother's conduct towards the other daughter after Bianca went missing - she attacked and assaulted her, and was reaching for pieces of broken glass when LE had to subdue her with a taser! :( Was she intending to slash her daughter with the broken glass?!

This is why that photo of missing Bianca Piper hasn’t been updated

According to her mother, Shannon Tanner, she and her daughter Bianca Noel Piper had been arguing over Bianca's refusal to wash the dishes just before she set out on the walk. So even though it was snowing that night, Tanner drove her daughter to a bridge down the street from their home, let her out of the car and returned home. Dressed in blue jeans, tennis shoes and an Adidas hoodie, Bianca has never been seen since.

In a strange and tragic coincidental twist, at the time of her disappearance ‘something happened to Tiffany,’ Bianca's sister. FOX 2 Now reported that sex ads started popping up online, and someone was trafficking Tiffany for sex. Then in 2014 FOX 2 Now reported Tiffany Piper turned from victim to perpetrator, and was guilty of herself trafficking two suburban high school girls in June of 2012. A judge sentenced a her to eight years in prison for her elaborate and lucrative sex trade business, wherein she placed ads online, inviting men to have sex with teenage girls for a price.
ST. CHARLES COUNTY PROSECUTOR TIM LOHMAR SAID HE DOESN’T KNOW WHO FIRST TRAFFICKED TIFFANY PIPER BECAUSE SHE WON’T SAY, BUT AFTER HEARING HER SENTENCE, TIFFANY REPORTEDLY TURNED AROUND AND MOUTHED “I LOVE YOU” TO HER MOTHER AND GRANDMOTHER.
Police said they suspected Bianca had been a victim of foul play, but her mother has not given up hope and feels just keeping her name in the public eye will lead to closure one way or the other.

Did dogs ever pick up Bianca's scent where she was dropped off?

Did dogs ever pick up Bianca's scent where she was dropped off?

That was mentioned on page 3 of this thread (scroll down to post by "Tinkerbell"), but there wasn't a link to MSM to show where the information came from...

About a year ago, someone suggested this UID. Can anyone see if Bianca is ruled-out?

Poor Bianca. I hope she was not the victim of abuse or a crime.

Thinking of Bianca on her birthday
I had thought her counselor recommended to the mother to put her out and let her walk home was it the same day as the counselor appointment has the doctor been questioned if the doctor knew she worked up he knew the mother was going to have her walk home not try n to point fingers im just saying

On March 10, 2005, 13-year-old Bianca Piper got into an argument with her mother, Shannon Tanner, about doing the dishes at their home in Foley.

The teen suffered from bipolar and attention deficit hyperactivity disorders, and walks were recommended by a mental health therapist to calm her. Piper was on several different medications to help control her mood swings and aggressive tendencies.

Piper’s therapist recommended walks home would calm her down, and that’s what Tanner did. She dropped her daughter off roughly a mile from their home on McIntosh Hill Road.

Piper has not been seen since.

It’s been 16 years since Piper’s mysterious disappearance, and Lincoln County Sheriff Rick Harrell said Piper, who would be 29 now, has not been forgotten.

“We still consider this an open investigation,” he said. “It’s a cold case now.”

However, the Sheriff’s Office is creating a new cold case unit that hopes to solve the mystery of Piper’s disappearance, as well as breathe life into other long-unsolved cases in Lincoln County.

“We would like to get some fresh eyes on a case like (Piper’s disappearance),” Harrell said.

The new unit will be based on Franklin County’s Cold Case Unit, which has been cited by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt for its success since its founding in 2018.

A side-by-side photo of Bianca B Piper who went missing in March 2005. The photo on the left is Bianca around age 13 and the photo on the left is age-progressed to 24 years. Bianca is a white female with brown hair and brown eyes.

There have been no confirmed sightings of Bianca or any information leading to her ever since. The St. Louis Dispatch previously reported that police suspected that Piper may have been a victim of foul play.

In 2019, Tanner spoke out to Fox 2 News about her daughter's disappearance,“Nobody else can understand. Even your own family members can go through periods when they’re not as understanding, but only someone who is missing or lost a child can understand."

Over the years, authorities have reportedly worked hundreds of leads in this mysterious case. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children said Bianca has a scar on her abdomen, arms and legs. When she went missing, her ears were pierced and she was wearing a gray Adidas sweatshirt, jeans and white sneakers. Authorities said Bianca may be in need of medical attention. Fox 2 reports she was bipolar and would often take walks to calm herself down.
